No, it really hasn't.
Most games that have both options still run better in DX11 Even games like Quantum Break which were designed for DX 12 get better frame rates in DX11. And in the few cases where DX12 has higher frame rates it has been an extremely minimal difference.
It's like game mode which was all talk and hype but ended up doing basically nothing and in many cases actually lowered FPS.
So until then lets just say what ever no matter how crazy or unrealistic since no one can prove it wrong!

To be fair it can be very useful. One of the best features is how it signifies player 1 vs player 2 or just letting you know which is the active controller when you have more than one. Not to mention it works with PSVR if you don't have a move controller.

Ryzen has incredible price to performance ratios and having more cores is a great way to future proof. Even people who prefer Intel should be happy for Ryzen's success as Intel has had to lower the price on many of their chips (especially the high core count chips) by around 50%.

Awesome, I love Japan Studio. They make games in styles other studios just don't make anymore. I look forward to hearing more.
