It's not old, sites update their numbers constantly.
Xbone is only selling 300,000 units a month so it's taking them three and a half months to sell one million units. At the start of the year they were just over 26 million.
"The sad part is that generations are lasting longer and yet jumps are becoming weaker. I miss the days when you got a new system and were immediately wowed by how much they'd progressed"
This is fairly inaccurate. The consoles still get more powerful and the growth has accelerated. But the thing is what more power brings people aren't able (trained) to see.
The other day there was an article about how GTSport could use the same car m...
You can't add 25 percent and call it an estimate.
Stattrax, Superdata Vgchartz and ZhugeEx none of them have stated that Xbone has crossed 30 million.
No legitimate sales tracking firm has shown Xbox to have passed 30 million..
I hate frivolous lawsuits but since Zenimax is pretty much the industry leader in frivolous lawsuits I will just sit back and laugh. I hope they lose super hard.

AMD has already shown there Ryzen/Vega SOC. Kaz said they were already looking into SOC/APU for PS5 in a recent interview. It's certainly possible that's the kind of solution they are looking at. AMD I believe is looking to release these in 2018 so a 2019 release of a modified chip for a PS5 is not out of the question.

If you want a good squad make friends and group with them but I imagine your one of those people who yells on the mic and blames everyone else for things that people really don't want to play with.
And they also support their systems all throughout the generation unlike some other companies which stop supporting their systems half way though the generation.
Heck PS3 is still getting games half way though PS4's gen.
It doesn't look as interesting as either Saint Row or Just Cause, Saint Row has an over the top story and action and crazy characters in a big sandbox. And Just Cause has a huge world with tons of things to destroy. It also has a wide variety of vehicles including air, land and sea plus the grappling hook and parachute.
Crackdown just looks bland by comparison.
Cool, great support for what is easily the biggest new console IP.
Holy crap that is awesome, this is now on my most wanted game list.
This is why I love Japanese game development, they still make crazy games and try new things.
Awesome, this is a great series. I really hope it comes west.
There are 100+ games that have PS4 Pro support right now (not including boost mode) and dozens more lined up. And every multiplatform game that has been listed by a major third party to be coming out with Scorpio support also has PS4 Pro support.
And why are you comparing games on the Pro with games using 1080Ti running in all Utra... I guess there is no point in pointing out the fact that no console on the market now or coming out in the foreseeable future will be able to...
What if you just like types of games Xbox doesn't offer?
This is the problem with trying to discus tech on a site like this. People just don't understand.
The reality is that a car is a static object, at some point you reach the limit of how many triangles it takes to render that object fully. Beyond that point your just wasting resources that could be used to improve image quality in other ways.
Being a good 3D modeler isn't about shoving in as many polygons as you can into the frame it's about ...

"The truth is Sony loves to have proprietary hardware, it gives them greater control. The Emotion Engine, the Cell, all of these things were designed to attract creators to make games specifically for their hardware. It's much easier to get away with this philosophy if you have the numbers and leverage. The PS3 didn't have that and low and behold the PS4 is much easier to make games on."
That's not true that's twisted...
That is extremely cool.
Cool, just in time for Halloween.
It's really not subjective. PS4 has more games and far more variety. That's a fact.
With the financial investment made on the X I highly doubt there will be an X2 any time soon. The PS4 Pro was made in a very cheap way they simply overclocked the CPU and and RAM then added a second GPU essentially like SLI or Crossfire.
X is basically a whole new console. The RAM is new the CPU is new the GPU is new so all the fabrication tools had to be essentially redesigned specially for the console. The investment to make the X is not the same as it was for the Pro. T...
