What are you talking about? Pretty much every Microsoft game this gen has had micro-transactions. Halo, Gears, Forza all full priced retail games with micro-transactions.
Last gen Microsoft screwed gaming with DLC and paid online. But clearly that wasn't greedy enough for them this gen so they had to shove micro-transactions and paywalls in everything on top of DLC and paid online.
I'm sure when the final version comes out it'll have the most original micro-transactions and paywalls.

I expect that several of the games that were announced last year will have release dates later this year or early next year. I also expect there will be many new games that are in the works for next year and beyond. Probably show a few VR games and have some publishing partner games on stage like Destiny. And if Micrsoft announce the price of Scorpio I expect price cuts will be announced for PS4 and PS4Pro. But mostly I just think it will be all about the games.

In all honesty that's a pretty sorry list. It's a sad state when to make a decent list you have to go back 4 years to launch titles. And a lot of those games are games from the 90's-00's, like Rare Replay and Voodoo Vince. And even though you went back 4 (20+) years to make that list PS4 has had more games than are on that list already this year.
From those tweets he basically is saying exactly what people criticized him for. The fact that for Microsoft it's not about making quality games or games that the customer wants games are just a means to make profit, nothing else.

They will also probably finally have release dates for a few of the four exclusive games they have been talking about for years and a few third party games that will be on the other consoles and PC. Given how small their booth is this year I wouldn't expect more than that.

There are any number of games where the main or ancillary characters like unusual things. It's only an issue when that thing relates to sex and you know it.
I'd love to see Persona 5 take it... Just the audacity of giving GOTY to a JRPG with essentially PS3 graphics would be glorious. I think it's the kind of shakeup that the industry really needs.
And I think it truly deserves the win. It has a great story, interesting characters and fun gameplay all in a package that will keep you playing for weeks if not months.
Third party games will be on PC which will have the best version. Third party games will also be on PS4 where they will continue to outsell anything on Microsoft consoles.
Bragging about third parties is pointless when the competitor has sold double the number of consoles.
