I dont think that Trevor would have been a good character to switch to a female. He had quite a unique relationship with his mother IIRC, so if Trevor was a female, I would imagine that the social dynamics would be different too even if the mother was changed to a father.

Like, game budgets are getting larger and larger, but it cant go on like that forever. I think experimenting with different games and genres in the 30/40 €/$ area could be beneficial and lead to implementation of new ideas and tech to your next big things.

I dont know if the game is actually bad or just okay/mediocre (when they have managed to fix all the bugs), but I always expected it to be a basic shooter in an okay and quite open environment. I kinda thought that it would be chill and relaxing enough to play that kind of basic shooter at some point.

TBH if you remember, this Homefront switched developers halfway through the development. That has arguably had an impact to the quality of the game. Sucks, and they probably should have kept the concept, but start the work from the beginning.

I always thought the Tenkaichi and Raging Blast seried had a vastly different feel to them, which is why I cant stand RB2. It felt like they tried to take everything from Tenkaichi, update it to new consoles, but downgrade alot of elements and made the game considerably more clunky and slow (movement wise). I also felt that they seriously did worse with the effects in RB2 compared to BT3. Basicly, RB2 looked like I could enjoy it, but I never felt like I enjoyed playing it.
