I am starting to think that PS3 HOME is too ambitious for it's own good, the longer it takes the less appealing it becomes.

the hardware stopped sucking quite some time ago, I know the price cuts scare you poor thing.
they should make it 1 or 2 per customer, this is supposed to benfit the customer, also do they not automatically become 2nd hand once purchased, if they are selling them as new then this is surely illegal.
Sony need to accept that not all developers are happy with the PS3 architecture, MS supplied fantastic Xbox-360 dev tools, the Sony PS3 does not, therefore the PS3 will always cost more to develop for, if MS can foot the main dev bill then so can Sony.

but also check your TV settings, you need to be looking for the Horizontal and vertical sync, I could be wrong but that is my guess.
R2 and Halo 3 are very similar, R2 is slightly better but not by much.
are not in the same league as KZ2 and Gears of war 2, the online should be good but the single player looks way too generic, what does it do that is new.
IMO although they are totally different games LBP takes me back to the Zelda Ocarina Of Time days, you just new from the onset that it was somthing very special.

but I can tell you this, when I use component it looks rubbish, both VGA and HDMI look better, I also have an old BUSH TV which will run at 60hz though I do not think it is meant to, but let me tell you the image with a normal Scart not advanced looks fantastic, all the detail is there with no fuzz, what it all comes down to is some TV's are better than others and the BUSH TV at 480I does look better than my HDTV with component.
