I feel like I just walked into a PS3 nuthuging contest.
lets forget about PS3 V Xbox-360 but do focus on KZ2 and Gears of War 2, put simply some devs are trying to go that extra mile whilst others are happy to try to con the public into buying the same crap over and over without any real improvements, yes it's an ok game but nothing new.

This fear 2 video has exellent effects which you will see mainly at the end of the video, I prefer the enviroments in fear 2 but KZ2 is definatly the animation king.
Physics go a long way, I think Xbox-360 does better textures and I am still not sold on the enviroments in KZ2 but the overall effect is very good indeed. Well done.
you can chat with your friends in game or out of game, and locate your friends anytime so as to be able to join the same game without a problem, or private chat then PSN should be free.

that the CGI E3 2005 looks better than the current itteration, the CGI is much more fluid, it close but this dude is going way overboard, some think it reached the target render but me I don't.
Alan Wake appears to be free roaming, Heavy Rain is heavily scripted by QTE, personally I find this annoying, there is nothing revolutionary about hitting the displayed button as and when it appears, hopefully Heavy Rain will have more free roaming options also.
And dont forget also that EA stated that only 5% of PC's are capable of running there latest Fifa game at the same level as the Xbox-360, PC tec is expensive so you really are better with the Xbox-360 version, theres a lot of bang to your buck.

for standalone players, 70% is a big number, and then if Sony gives the PS3 a pricedrop this will cause more problems. I know we have all argued that you can have a Xbox-360 and a Bluray player for less than the price of a PS3 but I am a gamer 1st and a movie buff second so if I have the choice of another console with the Bluray already included as well as my Xbox-360 rather than just the Bluray player then I would go for the PS3 and Xbox-360 not console plus standalone player.
