I'd just like to be able to organize my music by artist AND album. I have entire discographies on my PS3. Dream Theater, Rush, Porcupine Tree, Nightwish, Counting Crows, and U2 discographies. It gets to be a real mess when I want to listen to a specific song, or selecting one to listen to while playing Super Stardust HD....

Of course I've never seen nor do I know where to get a knockoff console. I'd love to see one though just for laughs.
I can imagine some of the things people would say to market this:

GTA is awesome because of the gameplay. You can do almost ANYTHING you want! Shoot anybody, steal ANY car, rip people up with a chainsaw, shoot off peoples heads, get girlfriends and fvck em(GTA:SA only), the police chases are downright fun, the storyline is immense, loads of weapons, you can buy properties, there's strip clubs, you can mod cars, put bombs in cars... there's just so much you can do!!!! Think of it like... a less repetitive Oblivion with a better fightin...
Wait, can you access a real web browser or just the games own internet. I think it'd suck for those who don't have internet. Although, it would be cool if you could browse the real web in the game. Look up cheat codes on the game! :P

So Sony can destroy the competition again in '09. So far for '08 is KZ2, MGS4, Resistance 2, LBP, Home, and GT5. For '09 you could have FFXIII, Haze, GOWIII, and a few other great games(I'm sure I missed some exclusives for both years).

This is living proof you should never mess with geeks, nerds, or gamers with too much time on their hands(I know, post #1 said it too). The geeks will make explosives out of their chemistry sets, the nerds will hack, and the gamers will annoy!
I guess Guitar Hero could have its uses after all. Other than a bunch of kids bragging about how they can beat a song on expert, oh and claiming that "GUITAR HERO IS HARDER THAN REAL GUITAR!!!" lol. Anyways, I suppose it's good to hear something that GH can do. I suppose it could help my nephews hand-eye coordination better than any other game.(He's 7, got the game for xmas)
I think this was a strategic delay. I would've delayed it to '09... I mean look at the competition! MGS4, KZ2, Resistance 2, FFXIII(maybe), and LBP. Also Home is coming out in '08(what's the release date, btw?), though it's not competing. I think Sony did this so they can have 2008 and 2009 secured. So I take it you've never heard of Porcupine Tree? You oughta check 'em out. Damn good band. They're in between Rush and Dream Theater in terms of heaviness I suppose you could say. Some of their songs sound like Pink Floyd. If you ever get the chance check out the album In Absentia, Stupid Dream, or Deadwing. IMO the three best albums of theirs.

Along with FFXIII. That way they could have '08 and '09 secured. '08 will have KZ2, MGS4, LBP, Home, and GTAIV. In '09 they could have FFXIII and GOWIII and a couple other great exclusives. I honestly would delay Resistance 2 to a summer '09 release, but I think it's too close to finished to do that.

Actually, it is partly M$'s fault. Toshiba was gunna call it quits in '05 but after M$ got rejected to join the BluRay race since the BDA rejected M$'s format, they basically went to Toshiba and said, "Look, here's money, stay in this race!"
