i had a dream last night that the round peg was playing warhawk... WTF?! First of all, the 360 has 3 CORES in the processor, you can only have 2 processors on any modern day motherboard. The PS3's Cell Processor has Eight cores. THe 360's processor runs at ... what 3.5ghz per core? 3.5x3 there is the 360's processing power. Now for hte ps3... 3.2x8 there's the PS3's processing power. Also, many games these days for PS3 are hardly even using the RSX chip, mostly all the graphics synthesizing is done on the Cell.

This update seems good so far, lets just hope they add in some new vehicles in the next one. I'd love to see a hummer with a TOW on it, much like SOCOM 3 ^_^. Some dirtbikes would be sweet, and some vehicles from motorstorm that have machine guns mounted on them xDDDDD Also, we need a space map, but let us have the Enterprise!! Oh, and more weapons would be nice.
Another point I have to make is the fact that RFoM is a damned fine game and it didn't get many good scores. It IS better than Halo in all aspects... I do have to admit though I got confused with the storyline... I was thinking the whole time "are these aliens from another planet or some mutated humans or something... WTF?!" either way the gameplay was insanely fun, maybe not enough vehicle use though. Motorstorm is a GREAT offroad racing game, I was on vacation when it released so ...
I have yet to understand why they're making a Ghostbusters game after it's been out for... well a very long time! Maybe it's because I never really grew up with ghostbusters or was really around while it came out. I'm only 15 so meh... i suppose that's the reason why I'm not all hyped up for it.
Speaking of bars... What's the transparent/translucent/50% gray bar just above the health bar? i've been dying to know what the point is of that.. And never have seen myself use it.
Are you on standard def? It could be that the health bar is longer because it's in hi-def. I still wonder why every time I get hit with an RPG, I die in one hit. While every time I get a DIRECT HIT on a Warhawk with an RPG, it hardly gets hurt... Just makes no sense to me >.<

Honestly, the only past few games we "sonykids" have really griped about are Uncharted, Warhawk, and R&C. Those games all deserve 10's if Halo 3 gets 10s everywhere. The reviewers praise the PS3 games I just mentioned, and in the end give it a low score. There are very few problems in those games, at least compared to Halo. I haven't heard about this game. I've been busy with FFXI for my MMO lately, which works on PS3! ^_^ It's kind of strange being on PS3, PS2, PC, and 360 all at the same time. Probably the only game that has PS3 to 360 cross platform playing. If this game turns out to be better than FF, and it's free, Imma get it and still play FF. If the game turns out to have a monthly subscription... and the game is better.. i'll play it instead and if its not... yeah you get it :P

Anyways, almost all of these items except for a few weren't really geeky don't cha think? Some of them that are on there shouldn't even be on there. Perfect example, BluRay's and HDDVD's... And also... those USB devices are great :( I even asked for some for christmas... I already have a USB powered desklamp(i must say it gave me space for my N64 that's over here now, since I got a new HDTV that I can use for my TV, PS3, and now...

pc games can be played on mac as well, y'kno.. and with WINE installed on Linux, i can play quite a few PC games. None of hte newer PC games, i don't believe, but I do play Empire Earth, Real War, and Sim City on my Ubuntu OS.
Windows sucks, and lots of games are actually made in Linux. Almost all games that aren't being funded by Microc@ck, are made in Linux, and the online servers are linux-based.
