I didn't buy it.
You can use a wired or wireless 360 pad, I also think you can use a ps3 pad on PC lols.
I've only just started gaming on a PC, and I have to say it's great. The only downside is that I never noticed how big gaming PC'S were, it's like something out of a NASA spacecraft. haha.
I'm looking forward to the PS4 though, I think I might go PS4 over 360 this gen.

64 players on metro is a sight to behold derp. Seriously tho, I spent a good year playing BF3 on 360, I recently got a PC that can run it on ultra, add 64 players it's like playing a completely different game.

I don't think it matters, worry when all games go F2P and it takes days to do anything and need to buy gems in game to speed it up.
I hardly bought any games last year, FIFA 13 (EA) is the only one I can really remember for my 360. I recently picked up La Noire for £5/$5 on steam, and Farcry 3.
The next console game I will be getting is GTA.
As for online passes, they don't really bother me because I like to get new games on release.
If you download everything for BF3 on PC you are looking at a 30 gig download.
I enjoyed the free few days on steam.. I wouldn't buy it tho.
