I will be getting this on 360, even if it did come to next gen why would you want to buy it again? It doesn't make any sense.
I can't see GTA V releasing on next gen. A new GTA game yes, but not V.
I played the hell out of the first gears, it was awesome. I played two, but not for very long, didnt bother with 3 ect ect.
Even though I own a WiiU I wouldn't get GTA on it mainly because all my friends will be playing it on 360.
If it was single player only then I would but I'm not missing out on that free roam awesomeness with friends.

But you're right in a way, ps fans will buy a ps4, Xbox fans will buy an Xbox just like Nintendo fans bought a WiiU. But then you have people like me that intend on buying all three. (Not all at once of course, when and if I can afford them)
I would say its the lack of games personally.
I picked up a Wii U because I wanted to play MarioU, ZombiU, Pikmin 3, Monster Hunter ect. I own a decent PC yet I still play games on my shitty Xbox 360.
Nintendo are not in trouble, they have to much monies to be in trouble. They just need some games.
Relying on games that I've already played on my 360/PC? I highly doubt that was their plan.
They don't need E3, they just need to focus on making games. Monster Hunter is the first game I've purchaced since I got my WiiU, Mario and Zombi on release.
Atleast I've got some decent games to look forward to, Pikmin 3, Wonderfull 101? Company of Heros 2 (PC), Arma (PC) and GTA (360)
I would rather a delayed game over a rushed game.
I play Arma 2 wasteland using a 360 controller, I still have to use a keyboard for some things though.

The using the pad as a scope got me killed more times then I like to admit, especially on the mounted guns when a horde turned up.
ZombiU used the second screen to great affect, it made the game a lot more scary/intense and fun to play.
Off TV is not that good anyway the signal is to short. I can't play mario on the toilet, the signal breaks and my wiiu is only in the bedroom.
I'm also a PC gamer and I don't see the hype of PC gaming. It's better than gaming on console but not by a big enough margin to boast about.
I wish we got some new Ip's like PS owners got. I don't want to play another HALO or GOW or FORZA. Instead MS concentrated on TV apps, Kinect and adding adds to the dashboard. If I wanted to watch TV I would watch it on my TV via cable, or my PC, or on my phone, or on my tablet. I have several devices that all do the same thing and offer the same things.
I want to play games and receive a steady supply of new Ips.
So instead of buying some awesome ne...
The only game I can compare is BF3. You can tell the difference between PC and console for that game.
I played the beta and found it rather dull and boring.
I own a Wii U and like the console but I would be pretty disappointed if it was the only console I owned. Then again, the last game I bought on 360 was.. FIFA 13 back in September. I still intend on buying Bioshock and TR, but I'll probably get them on PC.
