Metroid Prime 3 was an incredible experience...
It almost justifies them porting the older MP titles to Wii...ALMOST justifies...but not quite...they should be working on new titles not porting older ones.
In any case though, we'll see how this game fares.
They'll fill his seat at GG for sure, big shoes to fill but it'll be done. I'm glad his good work was recognized, hes probably making much more money and working on something different. Perhaps he doesnt want to hole up for another 5 years to make another FPS game.

In order to be taken seriously as a reviewer, 1st and foremost you have to keep it PG...theres no need for F Bombs or any of that..."He stops a motherf#ing airplane! He splits the f@ing guys in HALF! blah blah blah"...cmon.
Also, the graphics are terrible...for a game that supposedly was in development for a while and was said to be amazing...it really looks mediocre. I didnt see more than 3 enemies on the screen the whole time...only time it had more than 3 was when...
I have a launch ps3...the bluray drive stopped reading discs about 3 months ago...had to get it repaired. I called tech support and they would've fixed it for about 100 bucks, but it would've taken forever, took it to Videogame911 instead. They really took care of it for me. I'm the only person I know with a PS3 that failed in any way. One of the .5% haha
I agree that yes MS did place the lights system in order to let the consumer know exactly what was wrong with their system and as a tool for there to be no mystery as to what ails the system. Thats definitely not the issue though, that helps the situation.
The issue is the sheer number of failures compared to other pieces of hardware that makes it nigh unacceptable.
There has been hardware, software, and even toys that get recalled because of some sort of malfunctio...
What you say does make sense...i dont understand why ppl have to get pissed at you because your articles get approved and dont get filtered out of the system.
While i agree some of them are justified and are worth reading, the majority are just articles that look for a fight. Articles that are nonsensical, have no meaningful contribution to N4G, and really just rile up the subscribers and make people wish the Moderators actually FILTERED some of the articles.

I think maybe you're just upset cause you DONT have a ps3...the price must really be too much for u. But its ok...you'll get it eventually, then ull have 4 generations of great games to catch up on! You can game for months and months straight!

Uhm...BR Discs read data at the same speed throughout the whole disc...while DvD9 reads slower on some parts of the disc than others. U can believe whatever you want though, i'll still sleep at the end of the night...just wanted to let you know though, that you might've gotten misinformed somewhere down the line.

BR Movies have uncompressed video/audio...which is why HD-DvD failed...because a movie like Trans...

Will not, because of the color. That is the UGLIEST color on a console I have ever seen in my life. Why did they have to do it...? Couldn't they do some sort of ... camaflauge color or something...? Or even red and white striped like the Umbrella logo would've been better...

When we made the switch from CD to Dvd...many people were saying that DvDs saved us from the plague of having to switch discs for installs, or for games that cant fit on 1 disc...
Now we're crossing that bridge once again...
Some can accept that Blu-Ray is here to stay and push us into the next generation of technology...
and others dont care if the technology stays the same and we refuse to evolve.

It is interesting that a Halo title is not selling so well, but all things considered...it's really not meant to sell as many as the FPS Halos did. It wasnt as heavily marketed either...from what i've seen.
KZ2 is going to do very well though...without a doubt. Comparing it to HW just doesnt make sense to me though...

It just depends on how they portray it on film thats all.
But RPGs get a lot more time than 2 mandatory hours so a story can blossom into much more than a 2 hour film will.
