Do they make enough to keep the game going just on the people buying the game once?

Looks like we are back to the days consoles are a way to get expensive pc tech for a third of the price. Nvidia GPUs are so expensive now they will push me to consoles.
4k60 (tweaked settings)has been possible on pc this entire console gen but if consoles give me 4k60 next gen I’ll just give up on pc (minus exclusives strategy games like Total War series).
At the end of the ps360 gen I got a new gtx titan and was playing 4K on multiplats that were in 7...

How many would they sell on pc? 1m or so, at least plenty to make some money.
How much would they lose is people didn’t buy a ps5 thinking an occasional ps exclusive would come to pc? I think not many.
For one thing the game is a generation back soon, second the consumer would have to have a good pc to run it at 4K 60.
Plus if the pc gamer likes it, that gives them a reason to buy ps5 for the sequel, knowing they won’t get it on pc...
