MP, meh, not so much but that is just my opinion. The SP is aa great run thru if you like the exploration, open-world, side mission stuff. Superb voice acting and classic R* humor. Graphics are pretty sweet, too.

the good news is you don't need a heater in the winter. Just play Crysis on high settings and your room should stay nice and toasty.
But as for the carrying 5 herbs; I never found myself doing that. A) Takes up precious ammo space. B) Once I had a couple I usually mixed them together. Alan Wake does look like a fun game, though. If I had a 360 I would definitely pick this game up.
I have to agree with you there. The MP is kinda boring. When it comes to death matches and whatnot, I need Rainbow 6 style fighting. Hell, it takes me 2 minutes to get into a doorway cause I cannot get my guy to walk straight.

How many hours did you put in? I am at 21 and only 23% done with the game. Did you just blow thru the story mode? I can spend 4 hours just hunting the damn wolves with my knife.
This is not a COD generation style of game. Just like Demon's Souls. You have to like to take your time.
Any character in a game is JUST AN AVATAR. I have never played a game and thought, hmm, this feels like I am REALLY SHOOTING SOMEONE. Shooting a kid running across the screen or an eagle or armadillo or adult is all the same. It's A.I. End of story.
It's the people who actually think that the people in the games are somehow "real" and feel like they are committing ACTUAL MURDER that scare the crap out of me.

And being grown up, I have nice shit. Great TV, great surround and whatnot so I can enjoy games like I never have before.
