The series seems to deteriorate with each release, (MW I am looking at you) however, for mindless FPS it's fun. What is selling me is the 4 person coop. MP is a joke with all the hacks and mods and boosters but being able to go through the campaign with a couple buddies is sure to be a blast. They have mics and we actually work as a team. Imagine that.
This is classic old school gaming for the new era. You do not get any "auto-aim" bullshit and you will feel rage and elation just like the days of yore.

I, for one, do buy a lot of PSN games and whatnot so this was a no-brainer. But, if I am low on cash and I cannot afford it for a month or so after my subscription expires, I can still play online and that is the core reason I have and Internet connection, anyway.

It's Bioshock with Russian posters on the walls. I guess my real beef is the Unreal 3 Engine is just so dated. The lack of textures and bland colors really sunk it for me. Another twitcher shooter, float around and kill the same enemies over and over and over again. The bosses were a joke; it's like they take your hand and give you no credit as a gamer to figure out how to do anything on your own.

Anyway, my ASUS rig specs: 6G DDR2 RAM, GTX 260M, 1600 x 900 resolution...not bad for a laptop. Paid less than a grand for it...
