I am a proud owner of the new 4GB 360 and the PS3 Slim. I have a 21K gamerscore and trophy level 33 on PSN. There are people who simply like gaming.
It's not to talk to friends who are doing other things, it is used to get all ur buddies in a "party" and being able to talk while all playing the same game as a squad and not having to listen to the idiots who populate LIVE and PSN.
I think the majority of people are nit wanting cross game but the party feature. Plus, it's good when someone is booting up and you can direct them to the match, advise what gun they might want, etc.
Yeah, my kid likes the mini games but the whole reason I agreed to shell out the money was for the KZ3 beta. I beat KZ2 and am like a level 36 for trophies, so I have put in my hours on the PS3. If I am overlooked I will be PISSED.

but if you are seriously going to play GT5 on an SD tv, I don't get it. I made sacrifices to get my 1080p TV. I gave up some vices, skipped a couple meals and tightened the belt. It's one thing to not go by the latest and greatest tech out there but HD is pretty much mandatory to enjoy a good game.

Gotta have great gameplay but if the game looks like horseshit, I'm not gonna play the shit out of it like I would a great looking game.
Graphics to me are 80% art design and 20% crispness. If the art design is cheesy, I don't care how great it plays I cannot get emotionally invested in it.

Fallout, Fable, MoH, Enslaved, Castlevania and MAYBE Two Worlds will be more than enough to keep me busy until November. Then it's GT5, Black Ops, LBP2, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood....Holy shit, when am I supposed to sleep again?????

If I can buy a car that holds enough fuel so I only have to fill up the tank once on a week long trip, I am considered lazy that I won't get out of the car every 50 miles to fill it up again? Sure, if I have to get out and fill it up then it is what it is but if I can afford a car in which I didn't have to, I'd buy it...and so would you.

I am not flailing my arms around to game. Ever. The kid has the Wii if I want to do that, anyway. I work all day, life's a bitch and at 37 years old, when I come home and fall into my recliner I want to put my feet up, order a pizza, rest my hands in my lap whilst gripping a controller and game all night in that position.

Looks pretty good, but the engine they are using is pretty dated and if it is not coming out until 2012...dunno...skeptical, I guess. I was a huge fan of the first Bio but not the second.
To me, the new batman looks much more promising.
I would love to have a new ES this gen...like, tomorrow.
