Funny how there's an article suggesting Halo 5 will be a worthy contender at E3 and suddenly half of the site has to come by to say "NO IT CAN'T BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE IT".
lul
Judging by the emblem below the text, it looks like this will be a Hive-focused expansion like The Dark Below...
Yeah, no. I've had my fill of Hive in this game, thanks.
So when are we going to get NEW characters, not just veterans that were left out of the past one/two games?
dark samus plz
Agreed. After all, it's a MAGNUM, not a holy-crap-I-don't-have-tim e-to-reload-my-primary-better-s witch-to-my-BB-gun weapon.
So it's okay to give a massive shortcut to the players willing to play that trash while giving the finger to the ones who prefer PoE? I'm not saying it should be made easier to get good stuff; I'm saying it shouldn't just be given away to one group over the other. I shouldn't have to be forced to play PvP to get stuff that I need for PvE.
There goes Bungie again forcing us to play their poorly balanced garbage called the Crucible for important stuff we can't easily obtain anywhere else.
"Oh, you need Etheric Light to Ascend your gear? Okay, you can either do two insanely hard horde matches a week, or get destroyed by Supers and Thorns for a few hours in the Iron Banner and be able to buy all the Etheric Light you want!"
F*** off.
I hope Tom Salta is doing the soundtrack. He did the soundtrack for Spartan Assault and it was fantastic--on par with Marty. Salta has his own style but he can really nail the "Halo" sound, unlike Halo 4's Neil Davidge. Davidge's style is too cinematic/techno-ish in my opinion. Not bad, just not very "Halo".
I'm glad they're bringing back mid-combat banter. The squadmates in ME3 were eerily silent most of the time.
House of Wolves is definitely a step in the right direction as compared to the Dark Below, but it's still the same old grind-fest. Hitting the Level 34 cap is easy but the fact that most of your weapons are useless against higher-level enemies because each and every Legendary gun needs Etheric Light to upgrade it to become viable, and Etheric Light is WAY too difficult to obtain -- you can only earn two a week from the Prison of Elders. If you're like me and have 40+ Legendary weapons...
You must be fun at parties.
I'm glad I'm not the only one here that remembers this gem. More chaotic than Need for Speed but less unforgiving than Mario Kart. It's a damn shame that we'll likely never get a sequel since Bizarre is no longer around and Activision has such a disturbing hard-on for FPS's...
I hope so. I'm getting sick of turning my Xbox on only to have CoD thrown in my face every time a game/DLC is announced or released. Give it a rest.
*hyperventilates*
Exactly what I was thinking. [If you think you're a guy, select male. If you think you're a girl, select female. Making the whole damn story revolve around your trans-ness is unnecessary and a bit selfish. Like it or not, 99% of people aren't trans. There's no need to cater to every small group/community on planet Earth just because you feel left out. I'm pretty sure there are people out there that make art sculptures out of tin cans and plastic bottles but I don't hea...
*truth hunting intensifies*
"Eff-pee-ess"
Sounds like a vowel to me.
$700?! Ha, no.
Looks pretty sweet though.
I don't think it was so much the acting as it was the script and plot. Everything was sub-par IMO.
The only parts I actually enjoyed were when Macer was hopping over rocky terrain in her tank top. Talk about jiggle physics huehuehue.
I gave it some attention when I first bought it and it's decent; then again it *is* brand new and un-upgraded. From what I can tell, it's not a f***-all weapon but it's definitely not bad. I've heard the penetration perk is very useful when it comes to crowd control.
...You have my attention.
