I'm afraid you haven't really given me enough information to answer your question there. If you want to ask something, tweet us @TheRDGH!

Lol, to be clear, we're talking in month-to-month sales, not cumulative worldwide sales.

MRMagoo123 Why thank you! I'd love to be able to comment a bit more sometimes, lol.

jhoward585, when a customer asks for a refund, that usually happens quickly. An investigation takes time--too much time for a good customer service system to handle. Most companies give the refund and if they see anything weird, try to tweak the system against problems for the future.

I suppose I could have. We actually do get traffic for simply telling you because you'd click on the article. We recorded the podcast though, and it has too much information in it for just one article. There is also discussion between three people about the various topics mentioned here, which an article cannot easily portray, and certainly not to the same quality. It would take somewhere around 12 articles to simply cover all the things we discuss in depth in this episode, and perhaps mo...

I really hate how everyone throws the term "click-bait" around to describe articles they disagree with, without knowing what the term even means.

The launch issues are not a part of the game and were not present during the review.

"Admit I'm right or I'll call you a fanboy."

Heh. Yeah. You wish.

Your brother owns it, huh? Here's why I don't believe you.

A, you have watermarks on those screenshots. They're not from your brother, though your comment tries to frame it that way.

B, one of those screenshots has text in Japanese where others have text in English.

C, only one of those screenshots has a PSN ID on it, and with A and B considered, there's no reason to believe that it's yours.

These are old-...

Last bubble here, but I disagree. Both consoles spoke of increased capabilities later in the generation, an intentional learning curve for developers that they would be able to take advantage of. I don't think they made that up. I'm not going to say they'll turn into ridiculous supercomputers or anything, but it makes sense that both companies would plan for a decade-long generation and make their consoles more accessible for developers as time goes ...

Keep in mind that the capabilities of both consoles are expected to expand as the generation wears on.

Do you mind if I quote your first two sentences here in the next episode?

Because Wii U is not as powerful as the Xbox One or PS4 and so while it can handle high resolution, it can't handle all the other parts of graphical fidelity that make graphics so sparkly on the other consoles.

Sunset Overdrive is exclusive to Xbox, but it is not first party. It is made by Insomniac, which is an independent studio that has until now been making games just for PlayStation, and is working on the Ratchet and Clank remake for PS4 right now.

Also, you criticized DRIVECLUB with the line "total lack of in-depth customization" but then referred to franchises like Need for Speed, which has fewer customization options than DRIVECLUB.

Death: "We decided to lock them" is the key. They didn't say that one was at 1080p, no, but what they said here was that they didn't try for 1080p on either system because one couldn't get there.

"We decided to lock them at the same specs to avoid all the debates and stuff," senior producer Vincent Pontbriand told VideoGamer.com while explaining that it's the consoles' CPUs – not the GPU – that prevents Ubisoft Montreal from improving the game's performance.

Yes, they did say that.

This would have been a PERFECT article to publish on November 16, 2013.

Edit: I misread. Sorry--it actually DOES mention the developer running into a problem.

My apologies.

4142d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

How did this get approved with a description that poorly written? :/

Also, the actual story this links to says absolutely nothing about the developer running into a problem on Xbox. It just speculates in circles and then asks people which resolutions they think will be available on either console.

This is a podcast, not furniture or fast food. We name our podcast Racial Diversity Gaming Hour for one big reason: We're about all sorts of different gaming, and against the whole "fanboy" thing, where people who call themselves gamers are so staunchly for one console and one console only that they want opposing companies to fail outright, and treat each other terribly simply for preferring other devices. We're for all sorts of gaming on all sorts of devices (though we most...

Why is it such a big deal that there are no playable female characters? It's not like that's unusual.
