What Lord is trying to say is that a higher color palette requires more memory. To fill the immense levels of KZ2 with a higher color palette MIGHT slow things down. It is used for style though. It's not like they said, "Hey, this game has too many colors. Drop it down to a flatter palette so it runs better."

BTW, there are a couple native 1080p 360 games. It has nothing to do with Blu-Ray and everything to do with the graphics power of each system.
My end all to this argument is that you can always throw more discs at the 360 so you don't have to use lower res textures. More space = good but Blu-ray isn't the only way to get more space.
