Oh, I missed the ip thingie.
LOL...yeah, actually it is quite funny.
And yet this dude continues to completely ignore the fact that his cover's, yet has egg-on-the-face, and continues to ramble on???
Holy Denial, Batman.
I'm not defending them (they're both Ignored anyway)...but I'm just curious:
How did you arrive to the conclusion that they're the same person??? I saw your attachment, but I don't see the correlation.
BTW: I reckon that if you'd spent all your time trying to ban N4G users with multiple accounts, you wouldn't have any time to read a single news post.
It's funny you say that; I had the exact same thought almost verbatim to your words just the other day.
More specifically, it was a reflection of an article posted here regarding how MS is relying on GTA4 to sell consoles, because they hope to closely tie perception of the 360 to the franchise.
My thought and prediction was that just the opposite is likely to happen: MS (and 360 pundits) are treating the release of GTA as if the title were mutually exclusive from al...
But I've gotta give them full credit for the incredible (and amusing) marketing machine they've become.
Oh man, I hear ya.
I keep getting the games; I just can't play them.
<SIGH>
**stares into the distance, a single tear shedding down his cheek, as Torch painfully reminisces of his glory gaming days only mere months ago...before the arrival of THEM: His two wonderful, but colic and ever-draining twin baby boys.**
that in some strange, ironic twist of fate, this compels Activision to see the light, and shed some of their own corporate greed and madness...
...and finally allow the release of the glorious PS3 patch which will finally allow the GH3 guitar to work with Rock Band.
(Sue me for dreaming.)
Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you. My last 'real' console was the Sega Genesis. Otherwise, I had been a hardcore PC gamer.
(EDIT: OK, now that I think about it, the above statement is technically a lie: I had bought a Wii a week before the PS3...but the Wii doesn't count, since it does little more than add a dash of red LED light to the room, sadly as a result of being continuously off and never in use.)
Since then, my only experience with the PSx's has been limit...
Nope...directly from Sony's official PSN store itself, via my PS3.
Funny, I tried to find a link for you from the PC version of the store, but for some strange reason, it appears that Sony hasn't posted it.
But having seen this before (specifically, PSP's Socom was available for purchase via the PS3, while the WWW side had it notably missing), I decided to quickly check out the store via my PS3 (gotta LOVE PSP's Remote Play!), and I can indeed confirm that yes, as of...
Speaking of which:
I'm quite sure that I've seen a number of these pics as part of the dynamic background from the PS3 GoW theme pack, which I downloaded from the PSN Store last week.
You may want to look into that.
Good idea for my PC background though...Goodbye good ol' Nathan Drake; Hello psychotic Kratos Gaze!
Man, that was by far, the grandest time I've had yet with my PSP.
I'm pretty sure Chains is the basis for all this wicked artwork (the one with Kratos staring towards the sun/sky is actually the PSP game's cover.)
For those of you who've finished the game, be sure to sit through the 'Lost Levels' bonus footage. It appears that Ready At Dawn had some really amazing ideas for the game that, for some reason, never made it into the game (I'm guessing it's a result of UM...
I fully expect them to honour it.
By the way: The PDF claiming otherwise is still available on their website.
Get it while it's hot!

NOTE: Notice the "May be discontinued at any time" disclaimer.
The money's the least of my concerns; it's finding the time to actually PLAY it!
Cheers
LOL...so there is one after all, eh?
Well, I sincerely thank you, and I'd definitely consider it...
...but I'm afraid such a commitment may interfere with my precious gaming time. :P

This is perfect for those of us who've missed the boat on the Metal Gear Solid series, and are looking forward to MGS4.
Oh, man...tempted, but I don't know...I've still got R&C, Assassin's Creed, Ghost Recon back from Christmas which I've yet to touch...I only now finished Uncharted and Chains of Olympus, just picked up Pursuit Force EJ...have Haze and GTA4 on pre-order, will likely be succumbing to Prologue in April...
And now this???
Oh, this is ba...
how things were so different exactly one year ago; the media's done a complete 180 regarding their once bleak and morbid perception of the PS3.
Some stellar arcade incarnations on the 2600 which, at the time, just blew my underdeveloped mind for their <ahem> "Oh man, so exactly like the arcade!"-edness, and just gobbled chunks of my prepubescent life as a result:
-Ms. Pac Man
-Star Wars: The Arcade Game
-Phoenix
-Pole Position
-Asteroids (minus the vector-line graphics)
-Commando
-Mario Bros.
-E.T. the Extra Terrestrial (Kidding)
Ah, good times...good...
Hasn't Europe received PSP's God of War yet???...because if they did, I'd definitely expect it to be up there.
For the record: Man, what a stellar game!!! If you non-PSP owners are still on the fence, then this game is your deciding factor!
Uh, you may need to pick up a second PSP after flinging your system against the wall from the immense frustration that the after-game, "Challenge of Hades" may bring forth. ;)
I'm sorry if I come across as one of those people.
Ironically, I'm a Wii owner, and although I haven't even turned it on in well-over a half year (my PS3 always easily wins me over come game time), the Wii continues to maintain a special place in my heart, and am unable to get rid of the system as a result.
What I don't understand, are the endless iterations and variations of the exact same recycled game franchises, of which most of the time are , to my amazement, co...
Still, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on my pre-order, as I've got a gut feeling that it's gonna be a sleeper hit and a whole lotta fun.
What do they mean by "IF"???
They...uh, they're kidding, right?
