If you're willing to wait, the best would come. We waited for MGS4, Uncharted 2, a low priced PS3 and an actually functional PSN. Hold your horses. PD won't disappoint.

I know these numbers aren't exactly accurate, but according to VGCs, the PS3 outsold the 360 worldwide by approx 1 million units in December.
Its funny cuz when Sony reported selling close to 4 million in one month, MS simply stated that "there are 39 million 360s worldwide", which everyone still shows as 37.5mill so far, and they never cleared that statement up.
It's odd, because every other year, they would come back with a "360 outsold PS3 for that ...
It's attitudes from people like you that result in premature launches. It's part of the reason why the PS3 launched with a $600 price tag and it's the reason why it launched with hardly any games at all.

You must be forgetting that the PS3 wasn't at the height of popularity all through 2009... just the last 3 or 4 months. The 360 outsold the PS3 by a lot before then.
