Since 360s are known to break, you probably won't get in trouble.

For PSN? I'd say Warhawk, SOCOM (now that it doesn't suck thanks to 1.50), Burnout Paradise, Fat Princess, Ratchet & Clank and Super Stardust for big games. Small games you gotta check out yourself since there are soo many good ones.

2nd why do you think MS gave you a 3 year warrenty? It wasn't there in the beginning (launch). It was to cover their asses for all the complaints they were going to get. PS2s and PS3s don't break down often, and repairing them costs money. My PS2 broke, too and I fixed it. Took a few hours.
judging by the fact that the PS3 helps cure cancer, I'd say the PS3 can probably cure you from those burn marks your 360 gave you and over 15 million other people.

I would rather have it slow down in videos than slow down in games. It's actually faster in games, which would be more important to me. It's a misleading title on the website, but not 100% false. Just 50%.
