I didn't like the campaign mode for Halo 3 at all. It was getting so annoying having to slow down whenever that voice would be in your head (was that Cortana? I can't remember).
Halo 2's campaign was much more fun, but the online mode in Halo 3 was better. Anyone who says Halo 2's campaign sucked because of the ending is a sucka! I'm not one to follow stories in FPS games that much other than Bad Company and Resistance, though.
You mean to tell me that you read my whole post and the only thing you got out of it was my slight error?
Get off my back, yo! I was writing fast. I normally don't do that.
I could care less about what you think, anyway. Ha! Yes, that was on purpose.
Things were different a decade ago.
Hell, a PS3 was $600 in 2006. Not anymore. Why? Because things get cheaper, smaller, more efficient, etc.
Sorry to hear that, dude. I'll give you an agree, even though this is a price drop and not an Xbox feature (I never said everyone else would agree with you).
Try it on an article talking about features on the 360 next time.
On Topic - It's just a $10 drop to the price of a game, which is a lot, but maybe it'll go down in the holiday season. You can't use any old USB Drive anymore, can you?
There's a reason why we have hyperbole's and understatements.
It's not "It Literally Does EVERYTHING" and there's a reason for it.
Attempting To Be A Smartass...... pending.....pending.....
FAILED.
@above - Yeah, why not? Oh, I get it! You're doing the old "well, what if the tables were turned" trick. Nice try, bro. Am I literally supposed to jump on top of my Xbox 360 or what?
...
It was mentioned. Under "Virtual Community".
Not really. The first one was actually a present surprise. People only bought it for the Halo 3 beta, but it turned out to be a good game.
This one disappointed me a lot more than I thought. They never fixed the climbing, which was my number one complaint from the first. They could've changed it up but instead destroyed the city from the first and added zombies. If they made the climbing more Assassin's Creed or inFamous-like, the destroyed city would be fine to climb...
I would probably call that a game that you can't find on PS3. I still don't understand how people can possibly try to twist the word multi-platform - meaning multiple platforms - into something that means single platform.
I don't get it. Where is this logic coming from? It's mind-boggling.
PS: Those who say PC basically means Xbox exclusives... First of all, WTF?? Second of all there is another platform called Steam that's not run by Micro...
I don't know about you, but I rather use motion controls for Resident Evil....
SOCOM will be DualShock, RE5 will be Move.
Using your body for gaming without a controller has "never been done on any console before".
I can understand them getting excited to release this thing, but they jumped the gun soooo early that the coolest features of the product are not even existent anymore and all that's left is an expensive PlayStation Eye successor that may or may not work better.
Isn't the PS3 ahead by, like, 2 million units so far this year?
I believe so.
So would that mean that your post would look like this in the US:
"In America, that funny is still joke!"
=D
#1 - Because it doesn't exist.
Meh, I still think The Fight needs work, but the games coming after launch have me more interested, like Sorcery, Heroes on the Move and Ape Escape. Resident Evil 5 was the thing that made me think about getting it in the first place, though.
Oh, and thinking about 3D mixed in with The Fight sounds awesome! I can imagine seeing the guy pop out of the screen and the controllers rumbling when you make contact with his face. Looks like a good mix and might be pretty intuitive if...
WTF, that one's hard, too??
Damn! I always pick games with really hard Platinums! I picked up Mirror's Edge, Far Cry 2, GTA IV, LittleBigPlanet, Killzone 2, Battlefield: Bad Company and Resistance 2 with a Plat in mind....
No, your perverted mind is just wanting to see a dildo.
That's why I think it will take the gaming industry decades to be known as a mature medium... the music industry never thought of themselves as singing into a dildo-shaped device.
Way to represent our industry.
Never knew Deus Ex was a 360 exclusive.... lol
And wasn't Dead or Alive 3 released back in 2001? That is a vomit-inducing list.... except for Gears 3 and ME3.
5. Killzone 3
4. inFamous 2
3. Dead Space 2
2. LittleBigPlanet
1. Gran Turismo 5
Yes, a lot of sequels, I know. Hey, last year was good for sequels. This one might be, too ;)
It's kinda hard to ignore. It sounds like a scam when you realize that literally every other major online service is free.
I think the price of XBL alone is enough to hold the Xbox back from becoming a 100 million unit seller. Online is becoming more of a big thing and while you don't HAVE to get XBL to play your games, you basically don't have much to do on the Xbox without it. Without XBL, you'd be paying $60 for single player-only games, which makes the oth...
Oh, hell yes.
No... wait, what am I doing? Why would I approve an interview that doesn't do much but interview girls who talk about games?
...... I clicked it. And watched the video. And stared. What can I say? Boys will be boys.
