I have a sata ssd and an nvme ssd on my computer, no difference in loading times despite the "supposedly" faster speed of the nvme. but the speed is noticeable on other applications.

Xbox Series X exclusives are also available on pc which means the games will be designed to run on hardware which is inferior to the xbox series x, a lot of pc gamers still use hdds.

Games with levels designed to utilize ps5's ssd will have to be remodeled to make it run on xbox series x.
We are going to see games on ps5 that no matter what graphics downgrade you do the game will simply run in an unplayable manner in xbox series x.
Any game on xbox series x, considering the minimal power difference, will be able to run on ps5 with minimal unnoticeable graphics downgrade.
