It will be impossible to run any game @4k60 if the game support raytracing, except of course if ray tracing is so minimal that you can barely notice it.
I've played the game, the plot is so simple it is impossible to make a hole in the plot, everything can be explained by he was killed because somebody hated him.

pushing the graphics fidelity(i.e. achieving photorealistic graphics with minor sacrifice in resolution) more would mean it will not work on the rumored lower spec xbox and they cannot do that.

their game is also available on pc and a lot of pc users only has hdds, so they have designed the game in such a way that they could hide loading even when using hdds, this game does not fully utilize ssds.
