If sony has gamepass, I'm pretty sure 3rd party publishers would not allow these "AAA" games on subscription base services, they only allow these games on gamepass because they are already happy with the sales of these games.

If you look at the system requirements there is no reason why it should be exclusive to series x, even an xbox 360 can run this.
