Why exactly do you want it do bomb?
*EDIT*
Below - I understand that it's nice to see innovation, but the innovation is out there, it just isn't Super Mario Bros - we all have an expectation of what that game should be like and, from the little I've seen/heard about it, it delivers on classic old school gaming.
Totally agree, most of Ninty's first party games have really, really long legs.....
Dude, we need to keep things fair here, i myself read many, many negative comments towards ME when it was released by certain other members of N4G. Now all of a sudden those comments have disappeared and are replaced with positive comments.
Now, it does reek of hypocrisy IMO.
Well, I for one, would be happy if ME2 went to the PS3, it just means that more people can play, what I regard as one of the best Sci-fi RPG's out there this gen - EA is publishing and Bioware own the IP, so I don't see any problem with it, now, I dunno if the first ME game could be ported, not from a technical aspect by any means, but from contractual issues arising from MS being the publisher, there lies the problem.
I'll buy it for my 360 as I want to carry my game save....
These kind of deals are loss leaders, they sell the product at a loss in the hope that the peeps that buy it buy other stuff there. The deals only last a week or so.
I simply can't fathom that some see this is a bad thing, we do pay more, even after you factor in out VAT than most (but to be fair the Australians do get shafted) we still pay more. Personally Activison are doing more to hurt the industry with their pricing/boxed product structures this year than any deal that the ...
It happened with my KZ2 data when I got a new PS3 Slim, I tried to save every thing to a USB drive and managed to do everything EXCEPT KZ2. I was on the last bit too...... I don't know when I'll get back to it.
I still can't believe that there are some that still believe that EDGE are biased.
HOPEFULLY this review will put that nonsense to rest.
I got a korean import copy (i'm from Scotland) and think it's pretty good. Incredibly hard, but good nonetheless
I'm sorry MS, but it will never be a success if it's only for release in the US. There are other markets other than the US: the Zune could go down a storm in the UK/Europe.
It has got a 9.3 score out of 10 and some are still MOANING?
What the hell guys, UC2 has been one of the best reviewed games this gen. A 9.3 is a fantastic score yet there are still some kids crying and getting but hurt over it?
I just don't get some people, I really don't
so guys......are 1UP biased now?
I for one cannot wait for this game. Day one purchase for me.....
I agree to an extent, but it is only going to further push those who are on the fence about piracy to seek a cheaper (free) alternative as there is no price difference between the download or the physical property.
Due to this and the high price point of entry, I think that the Go will tank, which is a shame as I think the PSPgo could have reinvigorated the PSP market if done right.
then I can honestly say, I'm not upgrading.
there is no need to have a DDL the same price as a physical product, it can't be justified in any way, it's shafting the consumers.
I'd just wait for the PSP4000, it's due shortly....
Ahh, you do have a very good point there, but there is a place for sites that are completely fanboy neutral and for the first site to do this, the gamers who do wish to discuss games will congregate there:and they will continue to go back.
Take giantbomb for instance I've rarely seen fanboy 'disagreements' in the comments section and the forums remain very respectful, it's still got a fair bit of work to do, but it's getting there, not to mention amongst the best video/podcast co...
Well, it certainly wouldn't be the N4G the way it is now, but I personally think that it would be a far better place. An area where we all can chat in a civilized and mature manner about games without having to be subjected to the nonsense that we are seeing here currently. Is this that hard to want? A place to chat about all kinds of games without the crap?
I don't care if people have a preference (while I can honestly say I don't), as long as it doesn't effect your objectivity,...
I disagree, there is a vast difference between fans of a platform and a fanboy. A fanboy will not allow, will not accept that another platform may have something better or on a par with their console. They see only their platform and everything else is crap.
A fan on the other hand appreciates his platform and can accept that another platform has equal or greater exclusives.
Fanboys are the detriment of gaming as a community and as a culture, this place, could be a h...
I totally agree, there is a severe set of double standards with some members here.
A no-name site gives Uncharted a crap review - they are obviously paid by MS and have no credibility
A no-name site gives ODST a crap review - a shining beacon of journalistic integrity going against all the MS bought sites out there

This is the thing, an 8/10 = a day 1 purchase for me, without doubt. A 10/10 = a perfect game, with the exception of LBP, there is no perfect game out there this generation. Why all the venom?
I'm sorry, but some of the comments here are funny: there is no widespread conspiracy against the PS3, MS doesn't own/bribe every site out there to give them preferable reviews. The only bias EDGE shows is a bit of favoritism to UK developed games, if you have actually followed the mag for...
This is the thing, regardless of the perceived notion of value, ninty are making serious money per unit sold, they can easily take the price cut and still be very profitable.
In today's market, it would have been very unwise of ninty to keep the current price, especially since the more widely regarded power houses, the 360/PS3 are very close to the price. Now the entire blue ocean strategy is pretty sound, however, I do think that the current financial market does have an effect ...
How exactly can you copy LBP?
While I do love my copy of LBP, other than the user created stuff, it's platforming, which all are iterations on the original Super Mario Bros. Games.....
