So.
Gooooooooooooooooo...
(the next day)
..oooooooooooooooood.
In the UK. Curses!
Can't wait for this game, looks like this will be our summer blockbuster title.
Check out the bundles too: http://m.neogaf.com/showthr...
Soooo good.
It's not a secret weapon, but it certainly is a cool feature to have.
Battlefield 3 Premium is a good enough deal, but Ghosts charging $50 for the quality of maps IW makes is inexcusable.
It sure would have been interesting to see what the Xbox One would have been like had Microsoft stuck to their guns with the DRM policy. It's not like they had a choice though, the public outrage was too strong.
To be fair, there were a few good parts to the new console. The family sharing plan let you share games with up 10 family members. The used games DRM and 24 hour check in were completely unnecessary though.
But-but-but, but-but but...Titanfall!

@Baccra
To be fair, the BC PS3s had the PS2s Emotion Engine guts stuffed inside them, and that made them very expensive to produce.
I was about to say Candy Crush, then I read the rest of your post.
No wonder CNN and FOX keep blaming violent video games. It's because their parents don't care when they walk into GameStop and buy GTA V or Call of Duty or God of War for their hyperactive 9 year olds.
Don't blame the games, blame the parents who let kids play those games.
As for Titanfall being a system seller:
It won't be THE reason people buy Xbox Ones, but it should be a major factor.
@worst
You're right, by no means is it a CoD killer, but it should use this first game to build up a solid fanbase that hopefully can expand, making the game a breakout hit. It won't ever be a CoD killer until it goes multiplat, but this is a good first step.
$25 isn't bad, considering that pile of dung Call of Duty: Ghosts charges $50 for 4 map packs.
I'll wait for a sale though, hopefully Titanfall drops in price quickly.
I hope it's Borderlands 2 for Vita. This game might make me spring for a Vita, once the standalone goes on sale.
Agreed.
The "download as you play" feature isn't anything new. The "fight against bots" part is interesting though. Might be nice for some types of games.
That's horrible to hear.
Time for some sad piano music.

Not really.
Last time I checked, people are buying PS4s regardless. I'm sure that Infamous: SS is going to do well though.
@Pillsbury
Activision will never do that because money.
Ranting time! Don't buy this game.
It's 1 of only 2 games where I can honestly say that I've wasted my money. Maybe it was my high expectations after Black Ops II was so great, but I knew I got suckered out of my $60 after the first 15 minutes of game time.
Everything is colored bland and the maps are as large and disorganized as unholy hell, making it easier than ever to stand in one spot and shoot people as they walk past. The guns don't fee...

So, the 1st party studios, the greater processing power, the 1080p, the anti-DRM policy, the deals on Playstation Plus, the future of PSNow, and the track record of supporting consoles late into their life spans aren't counted as advantages? Yeah, ok...
Don't mind them, they're the type that would never buy a Vita even if the game ran perfectly.
Can't wait for the Slim to come out in the states though. Hopefully the standalone costs $169 or less, that would make it tempting to pick up.
