A 30' squid could be mistaken for a kraken.
Don't forget what may be the best in the franchise, FFXII was PS exclusive.
Bluetooth does :)
It's because they think American's will buy anything, take Xbox for example. :D
Why would we need 2x Ethernet?
"We've learned there's a headphone jack on the front of the console, but it's unclear whether that's just for dev kits or is an intended feature of the final retail console."
I'm guessing that is just for dev kit, we stopped needing headphone jacks years ago.
I agree with you completely. I play PC games at 1080p and once you get a certain distance from the TV you couldn't tell the difference between 720p and 1080p.
The difference from PS1 to PS2 was visible from a distance, same with PS2 to PS3, but you will have to get a little closer to see the differences between PS3 and PS4. Common sense really.
After Playstation 1, 2, and 3 I think it's highly likely it will be named PS4. Anything else wouldn't make sense.
Until Microsoft keeps some exclusives I have no reason to own anything but a Playstation and a PC since there are only a handful of games that aren't available on either PC or PS.
The Steam console will pose the biggest threat for MS next gen. Sony needs to be successful in the US but MS has to be, since this is their region.
It would be more desirable if it just had the title "The Last of Us" with an overgrown Pittsburgh in the background. I have friends who don't play games that would see Ellie and Joel and say WTF is that???
You can post here from anywhere, even from the woods out in the middle of nowhere.
All I can say is that I hope for that person's sake that there are 2 more roomates sharing the PS3.
Where you start is not as important as where you finish. So I guess giving up and losing a game in the fourth quarter doesn't make any difference, since you were winning for the first three.
Comparing a Wii to a PS3 is like comparing a Corvette to an Accord, more people have an Accord because its efficient, dependable, and kid friendly, but you won't see them revving up beside the Corvette ;)
I love my PS3 but I do think Sony needs to chuck the Vita out the window. They had a chance to take over the pocket gaming market with the PSP, but now they are trying to compete with phones for on the go pocket gaming and it's not going to work.
The games are AAA and very immersing which makes it nearly impossible to play anywhere but inside. Try starting up a game of Uncharted anywhere but your house, it is almost impossible if you want to play seriously.
That is the difference. Without multiplayer shooters Xbox has nothing.
That's really why the few games you have do sell well, because there isn't anything else to choose from.
If all I had was CoD I would find a new hobby.
This isn't Microsoft. We have plenty of games to play that don't involve multiplayer.
Uncharted 3 multiplayer is a lot of fun and well polished. It performs as well as the single player and has plenty of game modes. It would be awesome for everyone to experience it.
It would be a smart move by the developers since there is nothing to lose and plenty to gain. I'm sure Killzone 3 sold more copies when they did the same thing a year ago.
Just because I don't buy a shitty product makes me a fake American? Boy please, that just makes you delusional.
It's like calling people that don't own a Ford Pinto in the 70's fake Americans, when in reality only the fools owned them when compared to the options available.
Microsoft hasn't done a lot of things in three years, except Kinect.
I would be mad too if I gave MS $50 a year for console they don't support anymore.
I can't wait to wrap my lips around a piss warm Nuka-Cola :)
It will have the word Playstation on it somewhere. That is all I know.
Not sure whats up with the disagrees. PD has been working on GT6 for years now, it should be ready for the PS4 launch.
