Only the most dedicated gamers can play in 2 feet of water. Funny pics.
I have a first gen PSP still. When I bought that 6 or 7 years ago i was amazed that I could play games in HD, browse the internet, watch movies and listen to music from a device that fit in my pocket. Now in 2013 you can probably get toys in Happy Meals that will do these same things.
The best deal in gaming keeps getting better.
Demon's Souls will be leaving the list on 5/7. Great game.
Yes even if you have the original disc you will need to patch the game for ver 2.0 with trophy support. Then install all of the game data in one shot.
They just need to do what they did in the early days of the 360. I love my PlayStation but I wanted an Xbox around that time.
Take all the time you need Kojima. If all games were created like MGS4 gaming would be at another level.
When I voted for this I had Dragon's Dogma in mind.
I could be playing Far Cry 3 with max settings on PC or a SOCOM PS2 game and after 15 min the effect of graphics wears off, on either one.
Personally I could care less about shiny graphics but you don't get oohhh's and aahhh's at E3 from gameplay.
If you had to be online to use your phone to make calls, it would be pretty much worthless.
They now just need to focus on their next generation of games, not the last gen.
PS Plus needs its own download button at the purchase page, separate from the buy button. I have always wondered about this.
The PlayStation controller hasn't changed. Improvements have been made, but it has always been the same. Analog sticks, rumble, pressure sensitive buttons, triggers for R2 L2, six-axis, bluetooth wireless and a home button is all that differs from the PS1's first controller. I say if it isn't broke, don't fix it.
The only issue I have with PS3 controller is that my thumbs sometimes touch each other, which can be bad at times. Seems the new PS4 controller will fix that ...
With PS Plus I have more games than I can play. I didn't buy Defiance even though my buddy did because of the backlog of PS Plus games I have yet to play.
My first console at the age of 4 or 5. Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Yars Revenge, and Combat come to mind.
Be cool if my PS3 had some wood grain in it too.
Edit: It came out in 77, I got mine in 81', I'm old but not that old :)
CoD confirmed as a launch title I assume?
More power or less power, Playstation has the momentum, and the games.
Agreed.
All you should really need in my opinion is a mid range PC and a Playstation to suit your gaming needs. You are shortchanging yourself as a gamer if all you play on is a PC. Playstation exclusives are great games that shouldn't be missed.
Because many games today aren't that difficult and too many will hold your hand most of the way through. That's why I start most games off at the hardest level, to get my moneys worth.
