thats funny u say that cos I have a dreamcast and ur right it looks like a carbon copy
This is what I find in general and its no secret, I am stating the obvious...it is so very human nature to defend your purchase and a product u enjoy.
Why would u want to admit something else is better or even an alternative? Why wouldnt you want to justify your purchase?
Its all based on insecurities and people feeling like they need to justify their previous choices in order to enjoy the status quo.
Its that relevant...all my friends do it rega...
BTW as for video comparisions of games on seperate platforms....
Would u ever buy a TV based on video of a video of what they were playing ? Phuck no...so those comparisons are very stupid to begin with....
i'll sum up
the fact these jack asses were all sony fanboys during the PS2 revolution just exemplifies the theory that people are lemmings in general. Whatever is popular wins until something else replaces it..
simple human nature.
Voodoo grafix cards
Playing quake on them was wicked at the time.
im old
Man i came from the PC world. I thought I would never buy a console because i was so used to PCs and I didnt like how consoles were always sorta behind in the tech dept. However, when the PS3 came out I was bludgeoned with extreme envy so I had to have one, it is the best decision I have ever made. Sure all my co-workers own Xbox's but u know what they all have had RRODs or problems and they still play one game, HALO, its like they dont know anything outside that universe they are so boxed in...
LEMMINGS and SHEEP thats what the XBOX world has taught me.
I want it cos my buddies have it. it could be the biggest piece of crap in existence and they will still want it...its just because consumers dont know any better, they want whats popular and the average joe has no idea about anything else.
Uh I wasnt let down. I thought it was fun as phuck.
Poor advertising , just like the first post in this thread.
Xbox ads are everywhere.
I think Sony is misled in thinking it doesnt have to do work in North America. Here the xbox controls the market. Plain and simple. If u wanna chunk of it, go after it with thirst.
I rather be that small percentage thats deemed "smart" consumer than someone who leaps off the bridges like the rest of the lemmings that inhabit this planet.
Pretty soon I will be the lemming, things can be underground and underdog for too long I guess...
1 Xbox = RROD
World at War.
- Better Level Design.
(COD4's levels were 50% cool 50% boring)
- Better textures and art in the levels
- Better Gore. Realistic
- Better spawn points
- The guns feel great
I have to say its better overall. Although I do miss the modern guns, the carnage and the feel of impending doom is more viceral in this version.
Reviewers dont know anything about aesthetics and design.
I like a sense of purpose.
being in a sandbox is fun, but there is not enough adrenalin rushes or short term gratification.
nothing like being forced to use your instincts in a flash, but, over and over and over again.
This game is great if only for its epic scale and how good the weapons feel
If you are one that likes : CREEPY, ADVENTURE and FPS games. this is the shiznit.
Xbox users are in denial that their console is obsolete.
They cling to achievements/online friends and the glory of a year old game (hhaaalloo)
Like give me a break, just let others have their console...why so much hate? and downplay.
Call of DUty 4 was pretty short too. but who cares, it was amazing.
Reviewers should perhaps review the way in which they phrase their reviews. Thats what really irks people who actually know the difference or have informed opinions.
Resistance 2 is more fun than any game I bought in the last 2 months, fallout 3 included.
buy it
Blu Ray Validated it for me..it makes my eyes happy, and my friends jealous.
Happiness
These articles are lame. This site is becoming less and less appealing over time...
Better for the next 5 mins...but if u havent been living in a cave for the last year than you know about the new trophies/and HOME...
Than the argument becomes moot.
