I kinda agree they made it too much like other games, in its initial outing it was very distinct looking and feeling.
The narrative tied the story and set you up for suspense and grim moments...when it was all battle and no seques in the sequel that chain of story telling was lost...
Also they made the colour scheme too bright and too much colour in the wrong places, they still coulda made it colourful and grim but it was like playing RATCHET and CLANK rendering ...
The co-op shoulda been the story, not just the side missions with big bosses.
The big bosses in the meantime werent very ominous, they would stand in one place while u gang bang shoot them. It was thrilling the first few times, but that novelty wore off after a while...need more variety in enemy intelligence / movement / cunning.
I think anyone person who disses the ps3 either has valid points or doesnt want to admit to having an inferior system, no one does.
But I am also tired of PS3 and Sony bashing when they are the ones innovating and keeping quality on top of the field...everyone else is lagging behind or trying to convince you they have the right angles all alo...
what they need to do is limit how you can call dogs or a helicopter for support, its like a never ending cycle, airsupport/helicopter
or artillary/dogs depending on which COD
its kinda stupid how u can just keep layering these perks in a cycle.
u should only be allowed a heavy perk like that after 7 kills in a row and then 10-12 kills
5 kills is too easy, once u get artillary down, then its dogs right away and then its artillary again and o...
1) phuck activision. How blind-sighted can you be by ignoring a mass market for your product (aka PS3)
2) phuck anyone who doesnt believe the maps and map packs / zombie mode made World at War a superior game to Modern Warfare...
The maps is what makes a good multiplayer and keeps me addicted. The maps in modern warfare were a joke after the initial ones that came on launch, the subsequent map packs were lacking and I frankly hated them...I loved the ones world ...
After finishing the game I realized the guns near the middle to end of the game are so god damn fun to upgrade too and the bosses got harder...
I almost shrugged the game off in the first hour...but like any game it takes u a bit of time to get into it...thats why demos are waste because they cant convey CONTEXT or storyline....
I like this itteration...it had decent graphics, good gunplay, if you are used to COD...
I have an xbox too and i dont really sit on my god damn console like its a coffee table, I turn it on to play games.
Whats the difference if u message ur buddy for a game and meet him/her inside the game and chat? U really need a party first? Like are we so depraved for social networking to be part of everything now? Do u need to go into ur facebook to launch xbox or psn ?
Come on guys, dont be bullshitters....ur gonna get the game...everyone and their dog is addicted to Call of Duty series because its very well done and polished...not because its a crap product...
Although I dont believe in the raising the price of games because lets face it they already cost too much to begin with...I hardly think, however, there is gonna be a mass boycott...I just dont believe gamers have any resolve...
Need the party system...
This game was boring ! The demo is boring
PS. some of us are not little kids or immature 20 year olds who nag about stupid crap.
Actually, I use the photo feature a lot so the thumbnails full page view is going to be awesome rather than scrolling done a big line
hehehe

Killzone 2:
The multiplayer was chaos and beaut...
Dudes...i bought the ps3 since launch.
No complaints, just pure joy.
I also have an xbox360.

I am not a fan of people steeped in technological superstition, bleeding heart liberalism and general ignorance...

I have to agree, Heavenly Sword was dope
First two hours do it no justice...

Not a big ...
I feel sad when I read someone thought the Halo campaigns were stellar...
Talk about living in caves...
so Many better single player games...
You are so right
sales numbers are stupid
Its the quality of the games that count...and Sony has it bang on...
Microsoft, I really dont know what they are doing other than paying off other parties to steal exclusives and rehash same old sequels...
I dont care if PS3 sells less, its the only one that fulfills me...
And that is what counts....
Its the sign of the times...
Everyone is a debbie downer and a jaded piece of asscake now...
The economy sucks, the last presidency sucked, everyone sucks...
Its all hatred...its society and it sucks...!
left 4 dead sucked
I returned it after owning it for 1 week
one word...
