I don't really think there is an "Ultimate Greatest Games List." It's opinions, depending on who makes the list. GameInformer usually can be trusted and they aren't biased at all from what I read in the magazine.
I can't wait for PC beta. I actually feel sorry for 360 owners. They don't get to experience the glory that is Battlefield until it actually releases.

If they're going to do a benchmark they should pick a game that actually utilizes the hardware properly. STALKER is not a good example of this.
Try Far Cry 2 where lighting plays a big role. Or Crysis, but I doubt any machine could run that powerhouse for a proper benchmark.

Of course not. Being the little b*tches they are, they're going to charge PC for stuff thats already in the game.
The Source Engine is what, 5 years old? And it's still beating out some games in graphics.
Source 2 will probably once again redefine physics in gaming.
In time we will be rewarded. Lucky for PC we'll get mega pampered.
Pretty much any game by Insanity Ward will be crap compared to Battlefield.
But MKvsDCU was a disaster. Horrible lighting, horrible gameplay. And where the f*ck was the blood? That's pretty much what defined MK and set it apart from other fighters. Do you see any other fighters on the market where a character's attack is ripping his enemies spinal cord out? NO. I want MK back.
This art looks pretty good though! Going in a darker direction in the MK universe will make the bloody messes of battle even more baddass and over the top.

I find myself popping into the Open Zone every once in a while. Mostly just to read about what the fanboys say. Cracks me up every time. I admit posting in there too but never against a single console. It's either a franchise/game that gets criticized and never a single system as a whole. But I'd still talk about BOTH consoles.
Yeah we all have our preference of games and willing to defend our view. But some people just take it too far.
