"Warning! Internet Explorer may be Harmful for you."
If you didn't know this then you're either 10 years old or have been living under a rock for the last 5-10 years. MS is trying to do well by putting more features in the newest version but it just doesn't compare to the big boys Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
I use Chrome myself. It's just starting to gain momentum and new features but I still use Firefox for the things that Chrome doesn't have.
I play it all the time on PC. It's not really a game you would play for hours on end but the more you play the more you master the crazy tracks.
Me too. I've replayed it so many times now and it's fun every time. Fiddled with skins and made some of my own with Photoshop.
"32,816 rendered polygons during gameplay" No wonder she looked so good! I'm sure the next game will be just as visually stunning. Kudos to Crystal Dynamics for pushing boundaries and making incredible games.
Everyone knows MW2 multiplayer is crippled. Even the people that play it.
Maybe it's a sign that the franchise could return to Sony. I loved DOA4 but DOA2 Hardcore was where I first mastered the controls.
"Tanks: 25k health unbuffed and 535 defense."
Holy crap..
Open world games set in New York worked well for the most part. Spider Man franchise did a good job of making the player feel like they could go anywhere. With CryEngine 3 they could put a lot more detail into the city and make it feel real, and maybe more than just copy/paste buildings so you can actually go inside them. Sort of what Enter the Matrix tried to accomplish.
Let's hope the consoles don't dumb this game down too much. Should have stayed on PC.
I really don't like GFWL though.. ridiculous that you have to have an account just to save the game!!!!
Back in the day, PC didn't have DLC. We had expansion packs. The DLC in this generation is lame. Maps and costumes... back then the new game content came in the form of expansions packs. Some even rivaled the original game, and not this bullshit paying for 3 maps per DLC package (I'm talking about Halo, CoD, GeoW.
Recently in my opinion the only DLC worthy to be called added game content is GTA DLC and Fallout 3.
I think the worst is Rock Band/Guitar Hero or any ty...
I hate that they're thinking of DLC before the actual game releases.. it means that they aren't making the current game as best as they could and using DLC as an excuse to get away with an unfinished project.
Oh my god Nintendo I'm not even done with Diamond yet. How the hell am I supposed to catch 'em all?
I guess this version will be like the Yellow of Red/Blue, the Crystal of Gold/Silver, the Emerald of Ruby/Sapphire.
Damn, getting payed to search for porn? That's like a billion times better than my current job..
Dude, I'm still playing Tides of Darkness and lovin it :D
When people put away their consoles 5 years from now, others will be still playing StarCraft 1.
Starcraft 2 will be no different. The same goes with pretty much every Blizzard game.
But PC gamers should still get it if they haven't experienced Assassin's Creed yet. Better graphics and more variety in missions. Controls transfer perfectly to a m/kb as well.
This game is for mother forkin skwares!! The game wasn't that good.
lol I haven't played Halo for a while bit I'm pretty sure it tells you who's playing where and how many people online when you're waiting in the lobby.. correct me if I'm wrong.
Why is the headline comparing a developer to a game??
Hard to say though, Halo: Reach vs. MW2. Both are giant games from Bungie and IW respectively. As much as I hate MW2 I'd have to say it's sales numbers aren't going to be topppled by Halo Reach. There are only so many XBox 360 owners that will buy Reach, but with MW2 it spans across 3 platforms. So accumulative sales for all 3 vs just one console will be dramatically different.
But popularity? I'd have to give it...
Contemplating on buying it, though $9.99 is a premium for iPhone games. It's a bit much, but for a full game it shouldn't be bad.
Also if you search for Grand Theft Auto in the appstore it doesn't show up. You have to search Chinatown Wars. Weird.
Since when has handhelds not been part of gaming culture? As long as there are games/platforms, there will be debates.
