lol Did you notice that the whole lot of us PC guys only have 2 bubbles? I lost one back on the "NO RDR for PC" Article.
On topic: The jungle island in Crysis is beatiful and lush. Now in Crysis 2 it's all concrete and cold. I think the change of setting has something to do with the stress levels of the GPU. City will have less things going on at a given moment, not many trees so no super awesome shadows. Just shadows of buildings, cars, and various small objec...
Looks pretty dull to me.. good thing Activision scrapped it. Pretty sure we don't need any more generic WWII shooters.
Testament to Valve's godliness: Counter Strike: Source, a 6 year old game, is still one of the best selling games on Steam.
Good read. I love my Wii. There are games like SSB: Brawl that leave fighting games on the other 2 consoles on their knees because of the fun value and jawdropping amount of game content. And then there are games that are using the motion control to push the envelope of how we plag and interact in a video game. THOSE are the games that make the Wii valuable.
Yeah I loved it as well. Actually that's the reason I got WaW. Friends and I were playing it at their house and we didn't bother playing the campaign or other multiplayer and went straight to the zombie kill fest :D
Best weapon ever.
I didn't know I could pause the game in multiplayer?!! I should try that next time.
I think the new site looks rather nice.
As for the controller, Boomerang FTW!! I always thought that the prototype PS3 controller looks awesome. Sony should totally put it into production.
I also see it as positive in a way. Apple isn't only marketing their products to adults but kids as well. The AppStore is flooded with awesome games and I have several of them on my iPhone. Kids are getting iPod touches and they have access to the AppStore. Parents can also control what their kids purchase, though, so it is ultimately the parents' fault that their kids are downloading apps with mature content.
Apple wants to maintain their image, so they remove all th...
Apple is being ridiculous with their policies. Their crusade on the AppStore a while back wasn't enough? There are apps like XComics that publish Marvel, DC, and various other big-name comics and I can assure you that every single issue has blood, violence, or mature comment. I think little kids have moved past comics as a form of entertainment so the only people left reading them are the long-time fans and comic afficionados. Besides, anybody who has an iPad can probably figure out that ...
lol Yeah a lot of mistakes throughout the whole post. And nobody cared to report it..
On topic: I always knew Justin Beiber is a she. Glad someone else can see it too.
8/8/9/8 is impressive. I've been hearing a lot of positive things about Lost Planet 2 and now with the Famitsu scores out I put it on my list of games to get.
lol Guinness.. So much fail..
lol I guess Epic Games is butthurt that their PC port of Wears of War didn't sell them truckloads of cash like it did on the 360.
Yeah dedicated servers, the industry standard for every online shooting game since the beginning of time.
Good article. Valve is a behemoth in the game industry, not only with their repertoire of AAA only games but with Steam and digital distribution. If Valve were to have a single unified service across on computer platforms then they would draw in a lot of people that would otherwise not think about gaming. Linux and Mac gaming is beginning to bloom and I can see something wonderful happening if everybody from those three platforms come together to form a unified Steam.
lol What the heck.. this is so pointless. Why not just go to Futureshop or an electronics store with people that actually know a thing or two about gaming.
You just pulled off the "big 3 card" perfectly as described by the article. ;)
OMG.. so much fail in the comments... nice 11 multiple accounts there buddy.
I thought Castle Crasher's was really good, though it didn't make the list.
ME2 is a great game and truly deserves it's spot as number one.
