My girlfriend and I just watched Tron in 3D the other day, she had a headache for a bout 4 hours, lol. I don't get headaches but I can definitely feel my eyes straining. Peoples' eyes aren't all the same, effects from 3D will not be the same for someone else. I'm not too informed on this whole 3D tech because frankly it doesn't interest me. I hope that it's a fad that will pass quickly. I've experienced it and just not into it.
It's good that Nintendo is giving parents control over what content and tech their child is exposed to. 3D is harmful to adult eyes, let alone childrens'. it's nice to have options to turn off the feature and keep it on lockdown so kids don't screw up their eyes playing with their 3DS in the wee hours of the night. I guess PC gamers are just used to teamwork as opposed to little console kids going Rambo and doing whatever they want. Most PC multiplayer games require much more teamwork and coordination than console games of the same genre.

Addressing your complaints:
1) If you buy the PC version there are scripts that let you cut the uber long cutsene in the beginning if you decide to play it over and over again like I did. As what people above have said the cutscenes do get shorter. The intro is the longest in the game I think. And as you progress further, you'll want to watch the cutscenes.
2) I agree going over the same dialog can take away from the immersion but it can also help you to...
WoW has more content than any console game ever created. $15 is not much, especially when you're getting as much content as you do, great support from Blizzard as well as the WoW community. I don't play it, but I think that much dedication is wroth the asking price.
Valve and Blizzard have legendary headquarters. This one looks pretty good too considering that they're a small time developer.

DX11 in Bad Company 2 is really weak, Frostbite only uses DX11 for soft shadows. There isn't tessellation or ADOF. Lost planet 2 looks pretty decent, go check it out in the Screenshot thread in the forums.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Wictcher 2 is a PC exclusive. And recently Rockstar are pathetic developers. GTAIV was shit on all systems, truly overrated and one of the worst games of the generation.

Gears of War isn't all Epic is known for. They were respected devs, putting out quality games. Unreal Tournament 2004 is still be played for Pete's sake.
