i wasn't keen on people jumping into my game whenever anyway to be fair but this is kind of s**t, i would have jumped into it at some point probably. i suppose there is enough in the normal game and mother base by the sounds of things you probably wouldn't notice or miss it anyway. but still, they have done this to milk it and taint the series that's been going for so long and loved by so many.
Im going to just ignore it and admire the rest of kojimas masterpiece...
I got excited yesterday about getting my 21st platinum.... nothing like getting knocked down a peg.
was not expecting a score like this im not going to lie.
just need to make sure i play this when the suns up and stuff.
This looks very good, and considering this is just to show off the tech, cant wait to see what big devs do with this kit.
It will be at the weekend when the majority of people are off work. or they will save it for the summer bank holiday.
drug tests in a video game tournament but nothing for my local schools egg and spoon race...
was playing this on my GFs ipad, now im going to have to start again on my phone... suppose i got a better build plan now. and must remember not to mate all the women with one man....
I agree game streaming will be common place someday, but new consoles will have to be released surely. local power for offline gaming will ALWAYS be wanted.
personally i say always online bring it on, like your other point devs wouldn't need to keep studying new hardware.
Yes your right, devs would have had to essentially make 2 games or some big on off features. or they would just have focused on using as much power as possible. if microsoft said this from day one they might have had a lot more sales. and once the devs make stuff using the cloud its out of microsofts hands its up to the devs. the people can't argue with microsoft then. and it would have been much better than this what we have now where it will only get used for online multiplayer games.
I still think they where wrong to force it, but at the same time i still think they should be supporting that vision. but instead give people the option, show them this type of gameplay and say "if you want it to do this, you will need to be online because its running off our cloud computers. if you dont want to connect online then it simply wont do this." people can then choose and if they dont want to be always online they can play something else.
They don't ...
If its good i will buy it, but i need to try it to know if its good. if its out next year they really should start setting up demos around countries everywhere in game stores and shopping centres
Its been a very long time since i have been into any online multiplayer game, i used to absolutely love the old rainbows, they where my go to games. im hoping this recaptures that old day magic and gets me back into online gaming.
I am not holding my breath though.
Well done to him, In his rookie year as well.
Tretton always hinted at this so we all really knew it was still somewhere hovering about. Whenever he was asked he just refused to comment with a smile on his face.
I really hope they realise how stupid this is!! i absolutely love Ori but will not be buying a new game for content that should be expanded on the core game.
Local co-op wins every time. weather its split screen or not. either playing something like fifa or rocket league with friends or recently i got my girlfriend into diablo 3, we started it together its was fantastic and couldn't have imagined playing it any other way.
Shoot me now!
"we are sick of clickbait articles, And here's why"
That's a fair opinion! and I do agree that strategy games are at home on the pc I would not agree that they don't work on console. I have played some great ones that play great on console as well as pc.
10 people out of 80 you have asked are going to buy VR, i would say thats pretty good if those stats carried on though out everyone. especially for a new piece of tech no one has tried properly.
not everyone went out and bought a next gen console day one, its about the long game. and with new tech even more so. its also word of mouth those 10 people will in turn let x amount of people try it then some of those will go and buy it and the chain goes on. its not going to be an ...
