I feel a bit bad sometimes when ive been on an all day gaming stint at the weekend, especially if im online with friends and my girlfriend starts getting bored. I can usually tell as she starts walking around getting in the way lol but then i think "i have been sat here for X amount of hours and not said a word, best call it a day"
Hated it at first because it was not like any other rainbow game. mainly no cover system.
after playing it for a while especially with friends i started appreciating it for what it is and its not a bad game. But that doesn't excuse the full retail price for an simple online only game.
I bet they don't post a reaction video for the price announcement.
In all seriousness i am really excited for all of this.
after THP5 has given people the hype for a skateboarding game all they really need to do is just release someone that you wont glitch and throw you miles when you try to do a simple ollie.
what was that game called where you threw a tri blade boomerang thing and dismembered limbs. anyway i remember the making of that and they used water melons for the dismemberments and all kinds of stuff for the sounds of the blade flying through the air. its very interesting to see it being done but also kind of kills the smoke and mirrors stuff lol.
PS. i really want to know that name of that game its really annoying me that i can't think of it.
edit * DAR...
just because its VR doesn't mean it has to be first person. although that is the main attraction for complete immersion. but still i would like to see some third person/ strategy over head views and fixed camera views in VR just to see how it could work.
Looks good! more VR support. all saying what first quarter but no dates. hoping we start getting some VR release dates and prices soon.
i buy a lot of games and i usually have no problem with prices for the most part but this, this is pretty much day light robbery. but it looks like a great game. sure it will sell like hot cakes though just not in my house for the time being.
Wonderful story. more of this kind of thing please!!
burnout with VR. i feel some virtual whiplash claims coming on.
I am really starting to hate everything about this industry.
it is full of people with such a strong passion for the culture it turns into everyone going head to head instead of sharing our passion together.
From pathetic broken game releases like THPS5 to amazingly good games still never being good enough like MGS:V. someone is never happy or the companies are taking advantage. developers getting death threats to them and their families for the most ridiculo...
Metal Gear Knack
the annoying this is of all the games to flop i really didn't want it to be this one.
another franchise absolutely ruined.
I would still buy if the price was less. but full price game for just online when they have been working on this game for how long???
my money is on some kind of tacked on story DLC further down the line. no way they could have spent so long on development for 10 or so online maps
Broken age is a must play if you haven't already.
underwhelming? super meat boy is a great game
and broken age is absolutely fantastic. the only thing thats sad about broken age is there isn't more games like that any more.
I hope this carries on growing. there are many great dev companies in the UK and yet it seems like the only country without great gaming events.
all of the above.
The first minute i walked into the event on saturday everyone was given a can, 30 second later when i opened my can in a crowd around street fighter 5 at the playstation section it exploded as i opened it and i was looking straight at it.
it hit my face and sprayed in every direction. i got some fun looks and was hasty to move on an went to the other side of the event, it was great walking around the whole day with that sticky crap everywhere.
every can we ...
well well well, this is interesting. of all channels i wouldn't expect it from BBC.
