i know they aren't "new" but more people seem to be picking up steam in adding titles to stadia now.
The problem actually is google are being totally google about it and when they do update stuff, add new things, they just aren't telling anyone. I've seen updates to the app like any other app then found out it's adding whole new features. only to then find out the extents through people on reddit using it. They definitely are doing a lot, they are just being utter sh*t at telling people what they are doing.
If ps4 chequer-boarding from 1440p to 4k is pretty unnoticeable in real world results without stop editting cropping zooming ect. then 1800p upscalled to 4k it's going to be more than perfectly fine.
I mean, at least this possibly shows stadia are investing more into this field and hopeful dampen some peoples worries about them jumping ship. Looks like they are in it for a fair while at least to get some of their own exclusive games out. More competition is only a good thing and this is a big take for them.
No, they've already had studios, think they have created about 3 around the world, and they bought Typhoon studios before Christmas. This is just another studio they are setting up. I mean, how many studios did microsoft or sony own they they first launched their platforms? genuine question, i'm not sure.
And what happens if steam dies?
I know it won't happen but people need to stop acting like their digital purchases are any different from a streaming stand point. you won't and don't have every digital game stored locally and wont forever. no different in the long run if a company goes pop.
How do you know if they haven't even had chance to try before everyone calls them out.
Sad how just mentioning you want to play a game on 1 platform gets so downvoted. Same though, I have a PS4 PRO, a high end PC and i'm still getting stadia. I'm a dad and finding time is hard to game. Stadia will help me out with it a lot so F**k me for wanting to still take part in the hobby i've done my whole life.
I'm going to assume the Direct that was supposed to be today, that has been delayed due to the earthquake would have been where we found out exactly when it will come and what it will entail.
The website that posts articles about a women eating only ice cream for 20 years and stopping her habit just so happens to have the lowest review score from all other websites by a bit of a margin. funny that.
I've sure people said that about tv, and now Netflix and amazon prime have more subscribers than cable tv.
The demo we saw they have confirmed was 1080 TI , i7 8700k and 32gb ram.
The screens of ray tracing in the options have been confirmed to be fake by the team.

I can't wait for this game, really hope the switch version doesn't take to long.
Finally, CoL was fantastic. i hope they are taking their time to make 2 much bigger, that's all i want.
Yep, Forza feels over saturated, GT seems to take to long and has had to many mishaps with its last few releases. need for speed... nuf said. There are just a lot that are disappointing or not innovating.
Funnily enough the one i have had most fun with and thought was going in a good direction for racing games but got the most shit was Driveclub. The game was stylish, the content was packed (after a while) and the online worked great (after a while) the concept of that game...
Do people really still not understand 4k is a resolution and doesn't increase texture quality and detail. i can play pong in 4k but the detail will still be exactly the same. it wont be transformed.
Don't count out Detroit just yet.
GTX1080 runs fine for me. runs better on mobile than console. Considering the visuals of the game it has far more stability issues than it ought to. Granted it has become but better recently.
This MS drive isn't hitting Gen4 NVMe speeds though, it's more like gen 3. You're being charged gen 4 prices for gen 3 speeds.
