The problem wasn't wearing the glasses with 3D, the problem was it was piss poor. with pathetic simple attempts in most movies being the best 3D you could get where one part of the film was made to come out at you and the rest of the film was normal. it wasn't worth it.
I tried VR at the weekend and comparing 3D with VR is possibly the stupidest thing you could do. like comparing the kardashians with Einstein. completely worlds apart.

I have a 3d tv but really the 3d support games got was pretty poor. there was one or 2 at push that where OK at doing 3D.
the move and kinect although good bits of kit there isn't much you can do with them with most games people play on consoles.
If you're trying to compare VR to 3D or motion gaming then i suggest you stop because they couldn't be further apart.
eve: Valkyrie. it was only a short demo but felt extremely natural. after the first minute of realising i didn't need to face my ship toward the enemy ship to get them in my sight to lock missiles on it was much better. being able to look right above your head and behind out out of the glass cockpit and lock on, no words.

I have to say my demo at EGX this weekend blew me away, i was expecting it to be good. but it was absolutely fantastic. i can not speak any higher of it. its made me care a lot less about major support on day one and im willing to still buy one to support it for the long haul, this is a very exciting time.
I am there tomorrow got my slot booked to try PS VR. really looking forward to it. time to break my VR virginity.

Quantity doesn't mean quality though does it. people seem to forget that in this industry.
i would much rather have 2 quality games over 200 indie games. i love indie games but you get my drift.
You don't even remember the VR product name you tried so it can't be a major name and you are calling the whole of VR off because of some generic VR product. draw your verdict when you try an oculus or PS VR and when you also try a proper game on it and not a box standard tech demo.

can someone give me some advice, had my Xbox for a while not used it loads, waiting for releases and usually play stuff on my ps4.
looked at ea access but always thought it was a rip off. but looked into it and does't seem to bad, is it worth it is my question? i would play sports games but refuse to pay over standard game prices for annual releases. so £20 a year would suit me getting fifa 15 and all the rest. how often do they add new games as well?
This is very refreshing, Sony usually give Microsoft props where they have success and Microsoft give Sony props where they have success, and there isn't a thing wrong with that. its the fans turning it into some kind of sport where everything has to have a winner and a loser.
