What looks better is subjective. Technical numbers aren't. Forza Horizon 2 is doing 1080p30fps locked in an open world with dynamic day/night and rain. ForzaM6 is doing 1080p60fps locked in a curcuit racer without dynamic light and rain. Two great racers emphasizing different racing experiences.

Its the only one doing it at 1080p 60fps without drops. Go watch a video of Project Cars in the rain on the mighty PS4. Hint: even 8GB 0f GDDR5 memory couldnt save that frame rate.
The greatest racing franchise of all time has only moved 2+M units in two years on a system with an install base of 90+M world wide and some are saying thats pretty good? Thats crazy talk. I find the Driveclub windshield rain to be exaggerated. It looks impressive, but water doesn't look like thick slime moving your windshield when it rains. Forza 6 is more true to life with a more subtle cleaner effect.
Driveclub's color pallet is more realistic to me though. Forza still has a this saturated color pallet going on.
Sony doesn't have to do any more conferences. Folks seem to be emotionally invested in PS4/Sony. They announced a remake of an almost 20yo game. An updated trailer of a game shown on a previous generation system 6 years ago. And launched a disingenuous kickstarter for a game with Dec. 2017 (but more likely 2018) release date. They have the hearts and minds this gen so things are pretty much on cruise control. Or better yet stability control.
