This game simply isn't all that good. It was massively over hyped. No they are launching BF1, COD, and a host of other AAA titles. Game will be an also ran.

Bad news for Microsoft? Microsoft is a $400 billion dollar company. Sony is around $35 billion. Microsoft could buy Sony with just cash they have stored overseas. Xbox is a side project for them so they can have a place in the living room. It ain't do or die for them.

Tim Sweeney was just on stage at mobile world congress for Samsung promoting Vulkan. A competitor to Direct X12. Hardly a neutral voice.

Seems like an odd title. Xbox One S can be had on sell for $250. The cost of the uhd vs a bluray drive (at mass scale) wouldn't have added much to the cost. Sony has a high end UHD bluray player coming out next year that they didn't want to under cut. That's the only reason.
