Still trying to figure out if I should get Lost Planet 2.
I'm an Xbox 360 player and my stats are 100% correct. Not sure what this gaming blog is doing posting this. Looking for hits perhaps.
Great article by Stephen Totilo. I believe this trend of publishers encouraging gamers to hang on to their game will continue. With more and more games supporting DLC harddrives will have to be even bigger next generation. With game installs, movies, and all of this extra content it is not hard to fill up 250GB.
NVIDIA has had this 3D Technology out for a while. For gamers with money, I must say that NVIDIA 3D Vision is awesome. As GPUs and TVs that support this technology become more mainstream, 3D will be the way of the gaming future.
I'm actually really looking forward to the 8 additional characters and changes that they have made.
I actually see this as a very good thing for Marvel. Disney is a lot smarter than some of you are giving them credit for. If any company has the resources to really push a brand name it is Disney. This aquistion could really push Marvel and it's huge cast of characters into much greater exposure worldwide.
Sounds like a Christmas Bundle to me.
I think people are overestimating just how much HDMI cables actually cost. You can easily purchase a 10 foot cable online for only $10. Places like SewellDirect.com, MonoPrice.com, Amazon.com are just a few online retailers that sell them very cheap. These cables really are inexpensive unless you go with Monster or some other "premium brand". If it allows Microsoft to lower the price by $100 why should we complain?
Really looking forward to the release of Windows 7 soon.
Nintendo can be freaking crazy sometimes. That is all there is to it.
Activision is already giving Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 the shaft on PC. I fear if this game is pirated as much as people are talking about, then Activision will respond by making NO PC VERSION OF CALL OF DUTY IN THE FUTURE. :(
You can say what you want, but pirating this game in large numbers is likely to hurt especially PC Gamers in the end.
I actually have been contemplating cancelling my Prestige Edition from Amazon.com. Just too many great games coming out to support Activision with so much money.
I really like John Riccitiello from EA tons more than Bobby Kotick at Activison. It seems that John really loves games, but Bobby only loves money. EA is a way better company than Activision currently in my opinion.
I have found 9/10 ribbons in the scavenger hunt. I hope to find the last one soon. Also I will be participating TF2 gaming event next weekend. Some really awesome prizes this year for sure. EVGA even gave away a GeForce GTX 295 through Twitter today.
I have now played 6 matches on the Coral Sea Map. Really fun if you are in an airplane. The dogfights are epic! It is awesome! That being said DICE needs to makes some fixes.
Things to fix:
1. More planes need to spawn
2. Planes need to spawn faster
3. Too much waiting around
4. Having to fight your own team for a plane
Coral Sea is now live on Xbox 360. Go! Go! Go!
Just went online and added 35 kills after 3 matches. Bombing Raid!
I suppose it is possible that people may grow tired of it. If DICE releases more maps and modes though the popularity could easily continue for a long time to come.
This was absolutely one of the worst review jobs I have ever seen IGN do. Did they even play the game? There has been low and high camera angles since the original skate. Not to mention the great lack of talking about Port Carverton. What a piss poor review job! Guaranteed the reviewer sucks at playing and just became frustrated.
