Exactly, gamers doesn't buy a platform for the hardware alone, I mean its not a phone.
We buy consoles for the games, we can play on them~
Lets wait for the PSV release in the west and see how it does in a couple of more weeks after that. I'm interested in how many units Sony plans to ship worldwide in Feb.
Man these numbers are beautiful, I wonder what happened to all those analyst that was saying the console market is dying? Even th...
I don't care if its PSN only and is for the PS Vita as long as they localize the game, I'll be happy.
:D
@Asgaro
We don't need Anon's antics to stop SOPA and besides if they are really serious with this why only target one company when there is a long list of them that supports it?
This is a PR stunt by Anon just like the big businesses that has pulled their names off the list of SOPA supporters but are still part of associations like BSA and ESA that still supports the bill.
Besides its election year in the US, the best way to dispose ...
I have no doubt they would, seeing that Anon needs some good PR stunt of their own after being unsuccessful with their AntiSec ops they need some media attention and Sony seems to be the prime target for them.
As for Sony, Ninty, EA, Microsoft, Apple and the rest. Even if they pull their names off SOPA they are still part of other associations like the BSA (Business Software Alliance) and/or ESA (Entertainment Software Association). So essentially they really haven't back...
I agree, Folklore's game play is just shouting for a Move support and it definitely needs to come to PSN, along with Heavy Rain.
I'm still waiting for a Kevin Butler meets Chuck Norris video. lol!
I think Level-5 focused too much on the online part of the game and the story probably suffered because of it.
Its not a bad game, the world looks beautiful but by Level-5 standards the story of WKC is not up to par.
That reminds me I need to finish part 2 of this game. lol! >.>
All I know is there is a way to change between your PSN accounts(it is a hassle) but not impossible, unlike what the detractors has previously stated.
From the article:
"may we remind everyone Vita’s WiFi-only version is not doing its job as it’s expected to do on Japan as well."
Maybe they have the breakdown of the shipment and sale of both sku because clearly no one seems to have it. -_-
You must sing this and put it on youtube! :D
Even though Christmas is already over... >.>
A 3 man team that is currently doing 2 PSP mini's and 2 PS Vita titles... O_O
My hats off to you guys~
Important: Note that you'll need to deactivate your Vita while logged into one PSN account to use it under another. You probably won't want to do this from a PC, as you're only given one activation every six months! Deactivating from the Vita makes it so that you can activate it again without issue. To do this you'll go to the Settings app, choose the PlayStation Network option, and then pick System Activation and follow the instructions.

It would really be interesting to know how many of that 500k shipment are WiFi only and w/3G models and how many of each sku has actually been sold to consumers.
Because if what the GAF guys are saying is true then it looks like Sony misread the market and shipped more of the expensive sku than the cheaper one.
Didn't Media Molecule say that they're making a new IP?
Besides the newest LBP is slated to be released on the PSV.
Well according to this head to head match up (VGchart numbers) PS3 exclusives are actually selling in the millions even.

:/
They actually are but will make it up with the accessories and the games.

"Sony expected to start making a profit on the Vita hardware within three years"
Those words came from Kaz Hirai himself.
I'm just saying if Sony is breaking even on the machine then it won't tak...
Its kind of shocking that author actually said this in the article:
"Sony has approached the PS Vita launch in America with arrogance, pricing the console and games high while opting to debut the device during the slow retail month of February"
and actually failed to mention these factors:
- The machine cost more to manufacture than its current retail pricing.
- The games are priced between $49.99 to $9.99
- Back at ...
And it would have been awesome and interesting to see all the exclusives listed (even the none chart toppers) too bad they only chose 29 for each. ^^

From the article:
-For those who are stuck on the mere 300,000 difference between the Xbox 360 sales figures, the PlayStation 3 numbers might be of interest to you as well. Sony just announced they have sold 38.1 million PS3's worldwide since launch but VGChartz lists PS3 sales at only 36.1 million. That is a two million...
