I agree they are reaching to the casual. But if they combine this with the core games then they could be even better. I mean using a 360 controller and the camera would be amazing. I'm all for what nintendo did with the wiimote and motion plus. What I'm not for is them showing off this great hardware running wii-sports resort. I mean if nintendo made natal then you have something to be worried about.
It doesn't need to. Mass effect 2 runs better than the original without any pop-ins and more detailed character models.
I think Operation Flashpoint 2 is going to be good. I mean it's far more realistic than CoD4 (not graphically but gameplay-wise). Maybe one of the most realistic military shooters.

wait a second. Sony fans just can't be happy. They got fallout 3 and it was a crappy version without any DLC. It's obvious they will complain no matter what valve does. So if you want you want to play it get the PC version.

it's only been 10 years of making the halo series. last I checked Kanami has been making the metal gear solid series for over 20 years and there's more coming, LOL.
How can you tell who had the best games? By that statement alone you show bias. They showed only demos. And honestly, we're talking about UNRELEASED games. And considering we haven't seen any footage of Forza 3, Halo ODST or any footage of alan wake (the 360 version, which still looks sick). I think microsoft won because nearly a month ago there was all these threads claiming the 360 had no games coming down the tube and after E3 you see those claims were simply ignorant fanboy cries.
Long answer: Hell yeah. Sony's motion controller Is kind of strange considering you need that and the eye toy for it to work. More accessories equals more raping of customers. To be fair Microsoft has done the same thing in the past but they didn't do that here as Natal can function by itself.

I laugh ever time that a-hole Jack Trenton says a game is only possible on ps3 (which he said at E3... again about GOW3, before about mgs4) when all games are made on a PC first before it ever is optimized for a system.

see this is Sony's problem. They announce a game 4+ years in advance then give you little trailers or demos (that you have to pay for) like GT5P. While microsoft announces games a few months before the release ( F3 anyone). At this rate Alan wake will come out before GOW3.
So much for "loyalty for a Brand." Btw if one mgs game goes multiplatform then more will follow. It's inevitable that a third-party franchise will eventually go multiplatform. Whether it goes into full-swing this gen or the next.It's still inevitable. Considering it's still kanomi working on it I see no reason why it won't be a AAA title.
