Games that eventually go multiplat don't suck because of that. They suck because the concepts are tired and overused. Final Fantasy is a good example. There has been eleven FFs before this one. Anyone who still thinks a game can still be fresh after so many versions is deluded. Xbox 360 owners have never played a FF game on their system,so most of them have no clue how boring and tedious the series has gotten over the years. Sqaure Enix, time to move on.
Wow 29,000. That probably isn't even quarter of the amount of pirated Xbox games in exsistance.
Not sure what everyone is talking about. What features are missing? double cash is still working for me. So is the Lab. And i haven't seen any glitchs in particular. So what in all of the gaming universe are you people taking about?
It's too late for Alan Wake to be GOTY. Red Dead Revolver just jumped in and knocked it away. Alan Wake got to many 8s and 3s to be GOTY while RDR score is made up of mostlly 10s and 9s. Also it's clumsy animation and repetiveness knocks it down another peg.
When I was younger it was Mega Man, Castlevania, the first TMNT game and Zombies ate my neighbours that had me literally banging my head and the controller against a wall. Now it's Demon Souls. Not only are many of the enemies extremely difficult and the cheap deaths drive me up a wall but the worst thing that makes me want to throw the game out the window is just coming back to life only to have some stupid boss, trap, cliff, high fall or kamakazie enemy put you right back the way you wer...
SPOILER JUST IN CASE: Cole will probably end up fighting a super powered Zeke. Plus the lady who made the reapers and the guy who led the dustmen where not confirmed to be dead so will probably rise again
It would be more believable if they would just show it working with a developer's game. It's all good when they make a tech demo made especially for showing off the Natal but what happens when the developers actually start making games for it? Will it be so awesome one you start working with other factors like speed, more then one player, split second reactions and accuracy or even certain developers? We will see.
I don't know what the problem is. Home is a perfect diversion when I am not playing games like GOW 3 or UC2. It is a much more relaxed place to be and I have actually met other gamers while using it. Plus it's free and any accessories you buy are not only cheap but optional. Sony never get appreciated for what they do for their gamers. All they hear is complaints, whining and ungratefulness.
Infamous 2 hopefully will be just as good. The original was awesome. It just needs some tweaks and it will be perfect. Hear that Sucker Punch? Don't do like Insomniac did and completely overhaul the game and make it worse.
Should have seen this coming. Everything that Microsoft does is always justified. They could screw you over a million times and there will always be some dumd @$$ saying 'it's not that bad'. I could bet my head if they said $250,the responce would be exactly the same. It's almost as if these people love to be abused by Microsoft .
First of all I have other qualms about the game besides graphics. I just didn't want to sound long winded. Secondly if Wii games can truely go head to head with other titles how come there are no comparisons for them. No one compared the Conduit to any other shooter. No one compared Mario Kart to any other racer. No one compared Mario to any other platformer etc. You see Nintendo is safe as long as no one compares their games to any one that that does it better. Finally I am not hating on...
I disagree. SMG2 is only the best game ever on the Wii. As long as you judge it by Wii standards it's fine. But as soon as you start judging it by any other standards you realize how flat it really is. First of all Sony's characters lik Jak, Sly and Ratchet are better animated and have more personality the Mario and friends two dimensional personalities. Secondly no matter they try to cover it up Mario is still sparse and barren. I just recently played a RAC game and I was amazed at h...
That's nice. Hey while we are nitpicking, lets point out some of horrible looking things that people like Microsoft for example have the nerve to refer to as a person, starting with Marcus Phenix
It depends on which one works the best. If one is more responsive then the other then it will impress more. Also it's library will tip the scale in either company's favor
If Sony had said that price for the Move it would have been ’ Sony instant fail' or ' Sony's Move is doomed' or ' Natal is obviously going to win now'. With Microsoft it's 'eh, it's not so bad. Still going to buy it'. Eat me gaming journalism.
In a sane world it should have sold five million by now. What get me irritated is that the same people who gave the game lower scores for being ‘the same game‘ are the same people who hand out perfect scores to Mario and Zelda every year even though the game plays exactly the same everytime. In my opinion Sony's characters have more heart, personality and substance then the one dimensional Nintendo characters who either don't talk or say the same sentence or pharse over and over again....
There is a chance that it will fail. I can see definitely see that happening. Microsoft is taking a huge risk and it will ever pay off or devastate them.
I think you people should be less worried about price and more if it works well or not. Because if the Natal doesn't work as well as Microsoft says it does, $150 is going to look like a lot to pay to any one no matter what Microsoft says or does.
But notice Microsoft isn't denying it either. By now they should have put out a statement saying it's not true for damage control. but not a peep from them. Hmmmmm. Could it be true?
Not so good with math calculations but I do know 22 milliseconds reaction time sound very impressive compares to the Natal 's 2 second delay. Or was it three seconds?
