No thanks. Just plain old Move Wand please.
Heavy Rain deserves several awards but not GOTY. Alan Wake would have stood a chance if it didn't spend such a long time in development. When a game takes this long other games come along and surpass what they are still trying to finish. Then when it finally comes out people say 'that's nice but we already played something similar and better already'' Plus they had all that time and still didn't fix the glitches, smooth out the animations or facial features. So in shor...
The ego some people have. Alan Wake the pinnacle of story telling? Not even close. If it were a story in an english class I would give it a C- at best. Geez, the 360 for once gets a game with a considerably coherent story that didn't make me want to mute my television and suddenly it the greatest story ever. BS is all I have to say to that.
That is true. Microsoft still hasn't explianed how you will run, go up stairs, fire guns, open doors, turn around and go in a different direction, jump higer or lower, kick a ball soft or hard, press down brakes in a car, climb up or slide down a ladder. I would love to see how it would handle the climbing in a game like UC2.
I agrree. I really don't see what is the problem. I still play the multiplayer everyday and don't get what people are talking about. I still have fun outwiting those who think they have the game all figured out. MW2 was the most broken, glitchy, over hacked and full of cheaters multiplayer game ever and it's still not fixed but that didn't stop you people from buying one billion units of it. But it's always fun to rag on a PS3 game. It's the latest thing.
Haven't got around to it. Need time to get into it. Can't wait though
I was waiting for Nintendo to jump up and say that. They keep insisting that they are not worried while they are secretly pissing in their pants. No matter what anyone says the Move and the Natal are going to take a big chunk out of Nintendo's casual market. Nintendo seemed special at one point in time but with power houses like Microsoft and Sony making games with better graphics and strength behind it, people and developers will start wondering why they should put up with the Wii's ...
I still want to see how the Natal works when you need split second timing to do something. Show us a baseball game or a fighting game or something to prove that it works as good as they say it does. Instead we just keep seeing the same red ball game over and over again and people who keep insisting that it works but strangely no footage seems to exist showing the Natal's accuracy or lack of lag. It is very strange that Microsoft isn't more vocal about the Natal. Usually by now they wo...
It's kind of odd that they keep doing this. Usually by now Microsoft should have being hyping it up, should have shown at least 4 or 5 games by now and blowing a trumpet singing praises to Natal. But instead they seem kind of quiet. They aren't dening the price, showing any of the great games that they have or will have, saying the Move is no good. Nothing. So either they are not so confident in Natal as they everyone thinks or they are waiting to surprise everyone at E3. Strange also ...
I never really noticed any of the complaints you all just made. I just play the game and have fun. But that's just me.
What you talkin bout United Nations?
First a bigger, more interactive city. Second more types of enemies, maybe at least three more factions. I was thinking a group of pyrokinetics. Third an upgrade to the previous enemies . I always thought it would be cool if the dustmen could attach weapons, heavy machinery and scrap metal to make more dangerous forms. Fourth citizens and police should be more of a threat. I don't know about any of you but I have never died from police guns or stones thrown by people. Finally, more people...
That may be true but is it a win for us? People seem to have developed a huge ego thinking that everything the game companies are doing is for us. Everyone jumps in and defends everything from prices to going multi platform to short campaigns to milking franchises to death as if the company just gave you an early Xmas present and not completely screwing you. So of course it's good for Insomniac but it still remains to be seen how well it benefits us.
Couldn't they have used some other hero to make a fool of? I would be embrassed to tell my children and grandchildren that this was one of the heroes I admired. Besides everyone knows it will suck on ice just like Ben 10 alien force games do.
Frankly I don't care who 'wins' in the end. As long as Sony' Move works well and we get the hard and soft core games they promised, I am onboard. I could care less if the Natal works or not. Plus if I know Microsoft's MO, Natal will have a hundred glitches that will need a hundred patchs to make it work right and even if they make 100 games about 5 will be worth buying.
Yes, God forbid that it will fail. But as usual Microsoft and its supporters are big on talk but less so on proof and/or actions. It takes a whole multi-million dollar studio to translate a person's movements into animation and even then you have to have a giant green screen, multiple cameras and points of reference like white balls to make it work. And I am supposed to believe that Microsoft has simplified it to one single camera and even before Japan has it perfected? Sorry. All of you ...
They practically are. Same people. Same emotions. Same kind of story. Same attitudes. Everyone in FF games talk like they are tired of living or about to be executed. There is almost no humor. Same over exaggerated attacks. How about for once Square Enix we have a FF game that doesn't make me feel like jumping of a cliff
I definitely will consider the Move to be either my birthday or Xmas present. As long as Sony makes epic games to go with it, I'm good. Come on Okami Move or remake.
No weaons. The point of MS was winning with raw power and speed just like burnout. Weapons and power ups would ruin it
Oh f**k yeah. I hope it comes out this fall. If so I think I just found my birthday present.
