Unlike what most people think, I don't want Natal to fail. But I think Microsoft is taking to big a risk. They are practically betting the farm on this. Microsoft is not very skilled in the casual game department. Nintendo and Sony have experience selling casual games to the public. Microsoft is betting all their chips on Natal but the difference between it and the Move is if the Move doesn't sell well Sony can move on without too much worry like with the Eyetoy. If Natal fails Micros...

Wow, it's amazing how these compies have you people brain washed. Microsoft will do just like it did before sell you flawed product, wait for you to buy it and when it breaks pretend they didn't know it would, patch it and offer to fix it. Then rinse and repeat. And you people fall for it every time

You mean like books and cars long ago were a waste of time because only some people could afford them? Let 3D gaming run its course, then we can condemn it to death.

It's because like the brain washed people who support Apple they can do any crap they want and get away with it. Make the same game 10 times, give you a new kind of DS to buy every second, hand you a ton of shovelware, alienate third party support, ignore you plees for certain games. And all they have to say is'new Zelda' and you jump up and wag your tail and roll on your backs. And Nintendo cheers 'Hurray for low standards and expectations'. Whatever.

I only now had a chance to play it and yes it has a few minor flaws and yes it is a masterpiece. So many scenes made me frantic, made my heart race. Watching that guy do the things he did to save his son made me wince in pain. I actually got choked up in some of the more emotional scenes. I would love not only to see this type of emotional, engaging game again but in some other genre as well. Can you imagine this type of drama, detail and pathos in a SIMS like game where your actions have real ...

That is what everyone says until people start to laugh and point. It's easy to say, but harder to do. If I know male gamers they wouldn't play anything that would put their pride on the line. Trust me. i know a lot of 360 owners. they are not buying this for themselves or their sons

I think that you people are missing the point no one said you won't have fun, its just that you will look uncool. I am sure the people who ride Segways, do Real life action roleplay, renaissance fairs and dress up like comic book characters have fun in some way but unfortunately you look like a doofus doing any of these things. So enjoy the Natal all you like, just prepare for public or internet humiliation if anyone films you playing it. 360 owners have been taking any articles about loo...

People or celebrities pretending to have exaggerated fun with the Natal like in that Youtube video. Also no Wii anything. No Wii jump, run, skip, swim, fly, hit, sit, stand.kiss or blink.

Not so good with the tech speak but no one is beaming anything directly into my eyes in any form or fashion. Next step attach the game chip to your brain. No thanks.

I am impressed. Sony isn't kidding around. They are coming in guns blazing.

I definately will give iy a shot. I still trust Sony.

Not to go off topic but the Wii is crappy. Like Microsoft the only reason some of their games sell so well is because that's all there is. If you have only about 10 decent games out of 100 of course the 10 games will sell the most. How else do you think the Gamecube survived as long as it did. The PS3 has so many genres and types of games they we have to choose certain ones and abandon others. So keep waving the 2 or 3 games that did well on the Wii in our faces. Just ask anyone. 360 owne...

I never understand why gamers repeat the same stupid statement over and over again. What does owning a Wii have to do with the Move? If Sony gives you better games, less shovelware, more responsive controls, better graphics and full software support why in the world would owning a Wii stop me from buying the better motion control device? You all act like Sony is just going to copy all of Nintendo's ideas and transfer them to the PS3. Well Nintendo's so called 'innovation' is i...

Yay,more games. Sony's strategy this E3 is to avalanche the competition with games. All these exclusives plus the multiplats and everything in between is almost ludacris.

5785d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

I think one of the main problems is the limits to the movements you can make. When you played with the Eyetoy you could only make simple motions. With Natal how do you perform the complex motions that they claim you can do? How do you walk and/or run? How do you dive for cover? Catch a ball? Open doors? Measure distance when jumping? How can you go upstairs or downstairs and the system knows the difference? How do you turn around? Slam on the brakes in a car? Pull a trigger on a gun? Do flyi...

Not a very strong line up for a system trying to convince casual games to come over to their side

New Okami Move, Sly 4, Jak 4, UC3. Sigh......I will be happy.

Doesn't sound very fast paced or challenging to me. Something tells me you can already forget about getting games that need split second timing, fast reflexs, complex or quick actions to win. So far Natal looks slow and methodical. Of course I still could be wrong but so far that's what the evidence suggests

UC3,Sly4 and Jak4. Would love to see those.
