...since there's no video-out on the device. I've never been able to do handhelds, which has caused me to miss out on some great games recently. If it truly was a "console experience", I'd be able to hook it up to my 60" plasma, and play it with a DS3.
I don't know anyone who even gave the game a second thought, after it was first revealed a year ago. Looked pretty lame, to be honest.

Don't get me wrong...I'm getting this game DAY 1...but it just looks so dated. I don't know if it's because Eidos Montreal has only been around since '07, and this is their first game this gen or what. Maybe it's because it was put on hold so long, and their engine is just too old to do newer effects...like IO's Hitman and K&L games.
PS2 games hurt my eyes...ESPECIALLY when displayed on my 60" plasma. Why the hell would anyone want to subject themselves to that? It'd be better to play it on the Wii.

I'm guessing after RF:A gets crushed in reviews, and fails horribly (I'm actually a fan of the franchise...but it's not looking good), they'll likely delay it until next Spring. Going up against COD, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, BF3...as well as earlier releases like RAGE, Gears 3, etc....SR3 has no chance of success in that slot.THQ doesn't have any heavy hitters on their roster, so they can't afford to have 2 flop...
