Getting rid of a system with hundreds of available games still releasing in favour of a system with a handful of available games that don't move the needle for most but just look better? huh no. Most gamers will wait until there is actually next gen content to warrant an upgrade other than shiny shiny.

Except unlike consoles all pc's aren't created equally now are they? How does one develope a game to work on all available pc's? Can I run bf4 on my laptop as one would on a 750 $ pc? One only has to look at crysis for that answer.
Its amazing how many people will spend money to buy an incomplete product and then wonder why everyone is upset at having to wait for patches that shouldn't even have to take place. Baffling.

Exactly my thoughts. Why should 160 million plus current gen gamers be shut out because a few million people want to justify spending so much so early?

That's what blows my mind with these 'new' fans to the series. They just use kz to promote their fanboyism not knowing how the first had the best story with multiple characters to play as with completely different styles/paths to play.

Still haven't seen a launch game I'm interested in enough to jump into next gen, though I'd have to say dr3 has my attention because I love open world tp's. You can keep the shooters and racing sims, not my thing anymore. How many times can you you play tdm or its many variations?
Looking more forward to DA3, DS2, though deep down and the order is on my radar as well and hopefully will be the games to make it worth upgrading. Only difference I see now is graphics...
Looking forward to any new ip's as I'm not interested in anything on it's 4th or 5th iteration. Not interested in the same games with prettier pixels with the same gameplay. Here's hoping....

You guys do know that hating on cod doesn't make your shooter any better.taste is subjective. You guys spend all day hating on cod instead of just playing whatever wack shooter you think is better.
