Come on man, don't be naive. You know why the hate is there. Whenever we get a non pale faced generic protagonist suddenly the game is lacking or whatever crap they use to conceal the fact that they're not "feeling" the vibe of the game. Period point blank.
It's sickening.
Without a doubt this will be the game that forces me to get an xone. My love of dragons just eliminates any barriers that would normally give me pause.
Game looks absolutely amazing.
Without doubt i care. Would have already upgraded so I'd have something to play while I wait for games that appeal to me.
@death
Thanks for pointing out just how dumb Americans can be, bunch of dude bros who DON'T care about quality and go for the cheapest thing around.
It's moments like this that I wish ms would have stayed the course and not flipped the switch they said couldn't be flipped. I fully expect them to flip that switch once they have suckered in enough blinded consumers.
I feel for the ones that don't know any better, but ones like...
I love all things dragons, extremely interested in learning more about this game and how it plays!
Speaking of hurt feelings i see it coming more from ms fanatics who swore this wouldn't end up on ps4, THAT'S why you see so many comments about this game. What also plays a part is this wasn't known to be an exclusive until ms paid to make it a timed exclusive so naturally players who played the first one were shocked and dismayed to learn of this news.
Some of you are spinning it into there was ZERO interest in the game BECAUSE it was exclusive to ms.
...
Nope, next game is going to focus on the batwing, unless they sell it now as dlc along with the batcycle lol
Which sucks at times as you're nearly done with the game and don't often get a good opportunity to use your full movesets.
They'll come up with all kinds of things, but my gut tells me it's because of soul memory and how it prevented low level griefing to an extent and how limited invasions are in early game.
So where are all the ms fanatics who swore ms owns the ip because they funded it and how it will never show up on the ps4? Bunch of blowhards they are, next time learn the difference between a full exclusive and a TIMED exclusive.
Certainly not paying full price for it.
Everything has limits, even in the year 2015 which is why there are some hard choices for these devs. Glad they picked gameplay over pixels for once.
Full disclosure I haven't used xbl in years so I can't denounce or agree with the whole inferior comment but I'll say this, now that sony has jumped into the whole pay for online play with ms psn definitely should be held to a higher standard imo.
It was somewhat acceptable last gen but if you want to charge than that money better be used to improve the service, in particular I want p2p to no longer be acceptable. Dedicated servers all the way.
I ...
Lol, this is another game I'm not buying until the complete edition is released. Truly hope more do the same as these pubs shouldn't get away with such blatant attempts at fleecing their consumers.
Learned my lesson when I shelled out for dlc after dlc after dlc in arkham city, basically for skins and characters that should have been part of the total package from the start, imo.
Totally turned off by the setting, I'll pass.
Why would they want to separate the fanbase? As you astutely noted "not everyone thinks the same " and not everyone preferred UC2 mp over UC3 mp, I know I certainly don't and you stating it's a majority is pure speculation on your part.
@imalwaysright
Except most pubs are extremely concerned about release sales where they hope to make the bulk of their revenue, not how it sells 5 or 6 months later when the price has been drastically slashed cutting into their net profits. Don't know why people keep ignoring this.
Won't even think about getting one until it can stream Netflix like most other streaming devices. Maybe bundled with the ps4 but still not getting one of those until the good aaa games get released.
I think the answer is some of us just refuse to support a company like MS while others just don't care what type of company they support.
Whoa.
Day one for me. Guess some small minded folks don't like it when the protagonist ISN'T some cookie cutter generic dude bro. To those who ask how this fits into the mafia scene, guess you never heard of Frank Lucas, a man of color who rose to be more powerful than ANY of his pale face counterparts.
Yes, a man of color can do the same or better than his pale faced competition. Deal with it.
